Sooo lovely couple, great little farm with various animals, ancient restored with many pretty and great details. The two are totally friendly and helpful, the arrival was easy, the stay very nice. The proximity to Eisenach, the Dragon Gorge and the Wartburg is great!

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

Andreas and Ramona not only were amazing hosts but their space was INCREDIBLE! We had friends from all over Germany come together to celebrate a birthday and it was the epitome of cozy and welcoming. Everything made us feel super at home, kitchen had all amenities and more, and the yard space was beautiful, giving us space to have meals outdoors, play on the grass and bbq, and a sauna to use in the evenings. It is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in and it only helped further that our hosts were so incredible with helping us feel welcome, answering questions for us, and overall being so friendly and warm. If you want a space to have an intimate weekend away from the city or to spend time with loved ones, this is the perfect space! Rustic, gorgeous and natural makes it feel like a getaway from the big buzz of the city. Would 10/10 recommend!

The apartment is very lovingly decorated and offers everything you need and want. The conservatory is very cozy! Maria and Uwe are very nice, you feel welcome! From there you can reach and do a lot in and around Erfurt by car. Highly recommended!

Very nice, well-equipped apartment in a quiet setting with many different possibilities for activities. At the end of our (unfortunately much too short) stay, we were able to get to know the very likeable landlord. Especially the art in the apartment, as well as the attention to detail, surprised us positively and created a homely environment in which we could feel very comfortable in a very short time.

We felt very comfortable in the 6 days in the very clean and cozy apartment. Despite the rainy week, there is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity (maritime museum, terrarium, bunker museum, Goethe House, cinema, ...). In the village itself there is a small butcher shop that sells local products and fires up the grill in the backyard on Wednesdays from 6 PM - thanks Monique for the tip, the Thuringian bratwurst and the steak were very delicious. Overall a very successful vacation, we will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend 6 wonderful days in the Neue Mühle with Bernadett and Thomas. From the warm welcome and a personal farewell to delicious gifts from the garden, the two were wonderful hosts. We will miss the tranquility and the rippling of the small stream on the property very much. The apartment was just lovely and perfectly maintained. Thank you very much for a great break with you!

My wife and I had a good time at the end of December in the spacious, quiet and almost directly on the forest apartment of Fam. Vogel family. There is nothing missing in the well-equipped apartment. We perceived Joachim and his wife as very friendly, approachable and easily accessible landlords, who even thought of subtle Christmas decorations. Only the mattresses we found too soft. For me, the daily hikes criss-crossing the adjacent, extensive forest area were a real highlight.

It was very nice to spend the Christmas days in this apartment. The fireplace was very good for us. The proximity to the river Gera as well as the proximity to the train station, where we were able to quickly go to the Thuringian Forest for hiking, but also to the nearest cities, such as Erfut and Ilmenau, we loved it.

For our long weekend with the extended family, this was a perfect place to stay. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and everyone had plenty of space. The living room with the large dining table was made for us. For the large terrace it was unfortunately still a bit too cold (early March), but the view was beautiful. All in all, a great place to stay. However, it is not centrally located, which didn't matter much to us because we were there with cars. Arrival and departure went smoothly.
