Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Harz

Five of us with a dog looked for a place in short notice and came across Marion's apartment. The apartment had everything you needed, was comfortably furnished, centrally located, and had a kitchen with stove/coffee maker/toaster. I noticed Marion's helpfulness and kindness both before our stay and during it. Thank you for that. So I can only recommend the place at Marion's!

A great find. Bianca’s place was lovely and quiet. The suite was roomy with comfy beds and good Wi-Fi. The kids were glad to have Netflix available and the supermarket was just around the corner too. Breakfast was lovely too.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Particularly outstanding was that we were even picked up by car from the train station in Bad Salzdetfurth because we accidentally got off a station too early. Thanks for that! The room was exactly as described and before exactly what we wanted. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay with Alexandra was immaculate. Very friendly, we were allowed to bring our 2 four-legged friends. The rooms are very nicely decorated and so clean. The bathroom wow with a large walk-in shower. The view from the terrace was mega. Breakfast could be obtained on request in the room . It was so lovingly placed in a beautiful wooden box in front of the door. Bread and rolls are homemade. So what else should we say. Should we come back in the area, I will book again. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊

Beautiful bed & breakfast! The room, lounge, and entrance are warm and warmly decorated. We felt right at home! The private balcony with fantastic views is unique and even at 0 degrees in the morning we ate our breakfast on the balcony because it was so beautiful! Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired - many choices and very delicious! Next time we'd like to stay longer! :)

We stayed in this beautiful accommodation in really great weather and were able to fully enjoy the lovely, natural garden (whether in the morning for breakfast or in the evening with a nice bottle of wine). During the day we did great hikes, the area is predestined for it. Even though the Harz offers a very different picture due to climate change and the bark beetle than a few years ago, it still has not lost its charm. It's just different... It was also great that we were able to take the bus for free (the stop is almost outside of the door) for dinner to the city, so we could leave the car. We had the fairytale room (the room with balcony), totally cute. The whole house has been lovingly renovated with a penchant for perfectionism ;-) in the style of the turn of the century, everything is totally harmonious. The rooms are very clean, the owners and staff very friendly and accommodating. It was a successful vacation all around, thanks for that.

The service is really excellent and the breakfast (if you are looking for it) is very personal and abundant! - Other than with hotel rooms, you go directly from the hallway to the bedroom. From there you enter the private small but sufficient bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The surrounding area is very central but quiet. Internet access is easy and good. You can always go to the breakfast room and make coffee or tea there. There is a bottle of mineral water in the room. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house - free of charge. The service is top notch, but the price for the quality of the amenities is too high.
