Scott’s place was cozy and comfortable. An easy drive to Sunday River and within walking distance to restaurants in Bethel. We had a great stay.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Kathleen was responsive and flexible, giving helpful recommendations and directions. There are loads of great restaurants and eateries in the area. The property was clean and cozy and not far from attractions.

This was the perfect place to get away for a few days. Julie was beyond accommodating and very helpful. The house was great and has so many fun things to do to keep everyone entertained! Cooking was easy in the fully stocked kitchen! Can’t wait to come back again :)

We had a fantastic stay at Heather’s place during our ski trip to Sunday River! I felt her home was even nicer than it appeared in the photos, with lots of cute ski/snowboard decor that added so much character. The location was incredibly convenient making it easy to get to the slopes and nearby restaurants. It was also spotlessly clean! We brought our dogs along and always appreciate a host that allows dogs - thank you! We truly felt at home and hope to stay here again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Beth's property. From check in to check out, everything went by smoothly and met our expectations perfectly. Beth was incredibly informative and responsive and her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to come back during warmer months. I would definitely recommend Beth's property to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

No issues at all, great area that we have stayed in before, it’s quiet and still within close distance to so much. The condo/home was perfect for our family of four. We weren’t there long but the couple days we were was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caitlin's over the weekend! The place was I immaculately clean and has a great view!! There were things to do at the resort but we ended up just staying in. Check-in is separate from the area people stay in, but instructions were nice and clear and the staff were friendly. We didn't run in to any issues during our stay. The *only* thing that we missed while there was a table... though they space is small so I'm not sure where they'd put it, unless it was the folding sort.

Angela’s place is great! It’s very conveniently located by the highway, great restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping . The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. I really appreciated the care Angela puts into the place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two pups. I highly recommend a stay at Angela’s!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. It was very peaceful and was just what we needed to getaway with our pups.

Lory's home is probably the most well-organized ABB I've been in. Drawers labeled, well stocked, clear instructions, even matching place-settings! Very spacious and exactly as described. First I've been to where the TV made it seamless and easy to reset guest data from streaming services - awesome. Great location with easy access to Jackson/Glen/North Way and south via West Side Road. WAZE took us to the incorrect location - Google maps actually worked better. Will definitely rent from Lory again if we are up that way. Thanks for a terrific stay!

This was the best lodging experience we’ve had in the valley. The condo was comfortable, clean, quiet, and very attractive. The surroundings were lovely and peaceful. It’s perfectly situated to take advantage of the many activities in the valley. We had a great time skiing at Wildcat. Our two Scottie dogs loved walking the trails right outside the condo door. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

Kerri’s place is perfect. This is my second time staying in this location. The place is spotless, peaceful, beautiful, cozy and feels like home. She pays such good attention to details on what families may need during their stay. Instructions and recommendations are very clear as far as where things are and what you can do in the area. It’s probably my top favorite area to book and so close to everything people look for when visiting the area. Absolutely recommend everyone to visit and enjoy this beautiful home and the surrounding area.

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was wonderfully cozy, conveniently located and loved the fire pit and indoor fire place!! Kitchen is well stocked - happy to see a pancake griddle! Great place for a wintery getaway, minutes to both down hill and cross country ski locations and many great restaurants! We hope to visit again someday - so nice to be able to bring our pup too!

Our stay at Cozy Rock Cabin was wonderful! This thoughtfully designed space strikes the ideal balance between minimalist and comfortable - everything you need is there, without any unnecessary clutter. The cabin feels spacious yet intimate, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. What really set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. When we encountered a minor technical issue, the hosts responded immediately and resolved it with such care and professionalism. It's clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have the best possible experience. The location is ideal - peaceful and secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just minutes from Freeport's amenities and a short drive to Portland. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed, we felt at home right away. Five stars across the board - we're already looking forward to our next stay, either back here at cozy rock cabin, or in one of Janice and Sean's other properties.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.
