Cozy East End Apartment - Great location!

Location Location Location. 3 blocks from the ocean. This is our top floor apartment in a very quiet but very central part of Munjoy hill. Just 3 blocks up the street from the eastern promenade park and east end beach and only a block away to restaurants, cafes, and markets. As good as location gets for your stay in Portland. Our third floor apt is quiet and cozy and we hope you enjoy its character. Enjoy peaks of the water from the Queen BR. Pull out Queen sofa bed in the living room.

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Our Ocean Side Cottage offers the best sunsets on the East Coast! This seasonal cottage is available Mid Apr thru Mid Oct. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.

As described in the listing, the cottage is cozy and seems recently updated, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, there's a tankless water heater so no issues with running out of hot water, and the house is very clean. The beach is a couple of minutes walk, as is a general store with sandwiches, pizza, etc., a boat rental company, and a restaurant. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the owner was very responsive in terms of answering questions about what to bring, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Sara’s home. They have a great space that was comfortable and well put together! Perfect spot to relax and cook our meals in after a day at Sunday River. Mark was responsive and kind. We would definitely come back.

The house, the yard, the twinkle lights, the beach, just everything! I was here on a work trip in the winter and I’m crossing my fingers work will bring me back to SoPo in the summer when all the flowers are open and the water is warm! A beautiful location, quiet, peaceful. House was loaded with everything you need to cook on an otherwise low traffic and amenities island. The beds and mattresses were outstanding, bed sheets and towels 'fist class!' Ther TV had several options for watching viewer programs and movies. And Lisa/Scott had cabinets for full of other items for usage although we came well stocked and did not need to use any of them. Scott was very helpful upon arrival and responded to requests in a very quick manner. All in all, a senstional spot if you're looking to get away for rest and relaxation. The ocean waves lull you to sleep each night and all day long. A must visit if your travels take you to Maine. quick ferry ride, easy to access.

Mike & Jess’s home is beautiful! We were celebrating our family Christmas, and this was the perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare Christmas dinner. The living room was cozy and inviting. The primary bedroom is spacious and mattress was very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room, and had so much fun hanging out there. It was so cold outside, but we never felt the chill indoors.
