great stay, was unfortunate we stayed in the cold season, the pool and BB court looked like fun! We did brave the cold and enjoyed the hot tub in our zero degree weather, it was awesome! speaking of the hot tub, it was SO clean, I appreciated the cleanliness of the water. seems to be a common thing with hot tubs and airbnb's usually lil dirty and not kept properly : / so this was amazing. home was nice and had nice kitchen appliances and tools for the trade. We had fun playing darts and enjoyed the N64. Very clean home! We would deff stay again : )

This house is one of the best we have ever stayed at! Great instructions around the house, easy check in, great location, great basement full of FUN games for all! Super clean and comfortable home! I’d give this house a perfect 10! Don’t pass this place up, was worth every penny! Austin was very responsive.

Abby truly is a terrific host. The home was as described, very clean and comfortable. I only regret I wasn’t able to stay longer. They were very accommodating for me and my large dog. It was very comfortable and a great place to rest on my travels. All of the common worries with staying in a new place were removed -clear instructions, very clean home, more than enough space and privacy. Well done and thank you!!

Unreal place. Made me feel like a kid camping in a treehouse again. Wish I’d been able to stay longer. Saw some reviews before booking complaining about how close the host’s house is, it absolutely was not a problem for me. The only time I really even saw it was pulling into the driveway. However, light sleepers beware there is nearby train tracks (within a mile give or take) and multiple trains went by late at night. Not a problem for me but may be for someone else.

A well-equipped kitchen features white cabinetry with black handles and a granite countertop. Appliances include a black refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Three metal stools are positioned at the countertop, with a window providing natural light and a view of the outdoor area.

Our family had a great time and stay. Very roomy for all 6 of us plus a dog. Fenced in back yard. Great neighborhood. A lot of fun things to do nearby. Rod’s home will definitely be our place of choice next time we are in Sioux Falls. Thanks for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere!

This place was comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home. Love the neighborhood. We loved our walks. The house had plenty of towels for the week. I enjoyed doing some cooking for me and my family as well. If we had small children they would have loved the toys and games. There is a desk in the lower level which was perfect for my husband to do some work calls and emails at. We would definitely stay at Nikolas’ place again.

The Gathering Place was a great home to spend my son's Spring Break. We loved the hot tub and projector with large screen. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our boys. Split level house allowed privacy for kids and adults, when needed. Highly recommend this home.

It was our annual Christmas with our family and it was so much fun and just what we were looking for. Enjoyed watching the buffalo in the field across the way.
