Amazing house. Perfect for me and 11 friends on a golf trip. Michelle was very responsive and helped fix a broken thermostat immediately after me alerting.

I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

Great place! Really comfortable beds and extra conveniences that made the place a wonderful stay (spice rack, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and coffee). Edward was really responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. we would happily stay again next time we are in Charlotte

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful week at Patrick and Carla’s house! I drove down from New York and it was the exact getaway that I needed. The house and the views of the lake were beautiful. The community the house is in is also beautiful and it’s a quick drive away from plenty of gas stations, restaurants, etc. Patrick and Carla were also great hosts, they were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I couldn’t recommend their house more!

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

It is rare that I walk into a room and go:” Wow” I have a keen sense of smell. The house was clean. Pristine, every amenity need met. Loved it. Plan on returning again & again. Matt is a great host.

Nate and Sappir delivered! Their space(s) were just what I needed. The homes were very modern, spacious, and very clean. Nate and Sappir was very friendly and flexible. Thanks for making my hosting skills look good:)

I really enjoyed my stay at Heather's place. I stayed there for a good, long while because I was escaping the snowy North. I had everything I needed and any time I had questions or was in need of something Heather was super quick to reply. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced backyard. The location is really pretty perfect. It's so close to good food, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and so many other activities! But what really made it a 5 star stay was Heather. She is a wonderful host. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. She's also thoughtful and kind. I can't say enough good things about her and about the stay.

David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

The accommodations were exactly as described. I don’t know that I would call them the Ritz, as they were more akin to a classy cabin in the woods

I stay at lodging for over two weeks at a time, I wanted to experience an Airbnb. I was not disappointed on the contrary I’ve booked another stay with this company and at this location. So here’s my recommendation, if you’re going to stay for even one night or 10 nights the location as well as the staff will not disappoint. You’re going to be so spoiled! Pro- close to local grocery stores,restaurants, gym, and golf course. The home was stocked with extra supplies, which, when staying for an extended stay came in very handy. Outside seating and a hammock at your disposal. The gas grill was also a bonus. There was a small issue with the hot water, but was immediately resolved after the issue was reported. Con- the router needed to be reset twice, no big deal it’s happens at home too lol. I’m 5”0 my suggestion - a small stepladder. That’s it, the place is perfect, peaceful and quaint. It’s what you need after a hard at the construction site. Cheers🌻

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

What a beautiful house! Right on the water, nature everywhere, and peaceful tranquility. The house looked just like the photos but the size of the rooms aren't conveyed well in the photos. The bedrooms were huge as was the kitchen and living areas. The most well stocked home I've ever stayed in, with everything you can think of and more. We booked it for a girls weekend and never left the house for anything but food, and only because we had already decided we weren't cooking. Many great restaurants near by, so that was a plus. Will definitely book with Dean again!

Great stay. Very clean, well equipped, amenities were as advertised and well maintained. House was in great location - very near restaurants, stores, and lake norman park (great hiking trails). Communication with host and co-host was very responsive. The game room was a hit! Adults, kids, and grandkids all played pool, air hockey, and foosball. Grandkids loved the paddleboards. And the hot tub was very nice for unwinding. For Thanksgiving dinner - having 2 refrigerators and ovens for meal prep was a lifesaver! Only feedback I have is it would be nice if the game room was heated. And the fenced back yard was not as large as we expected (as it looked in the picture) but it worked out ok for the 2 dogs. All in all a great time had by all - including the dogs - and it was a great Thanksgiving! Would recommend staying here!

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Robyn’s Airbnb was exactly what was described in the app ,we loved our short stay and can’t wait to return…. And for people who are thinking about getting in the business of short term rentals visit Robyn’s place to see how it’s done she is very good at it!!!!!

We stayed for 10 days and had a restful and wonderful time. We are from the area so know it well and have family nearby and this was an easily accessible, perfect spot for us and our 2 large dogs (boxers) to spend Christmas and New Years. The fully fenced backyard was a major bonus and very much appreciated by us and our pups. Our host, Tammy, was incredibly responsive throughout our entire visit, and so kind to let us extend our stay on short notice to one additional night before we started our return home cross country drive. All aspects of the house are comfortable - beds, furniture, spaces to move around in - and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking dishes. We have this place as top of our list for future visits back to our hometown!

This was a wonderful cozy stay for my birthday plans. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again for any of my weekend Charlotte stays.
