On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. This place is amazing. The water view is great and large windows allow you to enjoy the view on a cold winter day. Kitchen is upgraded and very nice. Plenty of space for 8 people. The heater was a little noisy but the house was warm and comfortable. Great location near Boothbay Botanical Gardens.

Irena's place was absolutely perfect for a restful getaway on the water. It was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the nature, views, and wildlife, as well as head down to the beach during low tide and rest and explore. The house had everything you could need and more. The beds were comfortable, the heating worked very well, and views were spectacular.

This Lakeside Retreat was a perfect weekend escape for two couples. In late September, we seemed to have the pond to ourselves and enjoyed sharing time around the firepit overlooking the lake. The Bathroom was spacious and one level up from the bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare an excellent meal. I would highly recommend this cabin to a a small group of friends or family looking for a great location near Portland and Lake area attractions.Our host Bobbi was very responsive.

This was our second stay at the Cottrell House. The location can’t be beat. It’s nestled off the main street with access to the river while within easy walking to stores and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and clean. Lissette is a wonderful host.

Better than the pictures! It’s a gem! Very comfortable! Kitchen worked out fine for us. We ate breakfast in and dinner out. View of the water and town across the water is fantastic. We walked across the bridge to town for some Lobster rolls. We visited Popham Beach during low tide, which was a full day of walking on the beach. We took the ferry from New Harbor to Monhegan for a day of hiking.

Spenser's place was pretty perfect for our needs. Loved the hot tub, lots of towels, lots of kitchen supplies and room for the 7 of us. Would suggest have a few more chairs for the dining room since the home can fit 8 people. We just took a chair from the deck, which was fine. There were a lot of flies just hanging out with us, a few lady bugs too. The many flies were slow, so easy to catch. But still 5 stars! Thanks so much!

This is a sweet house located right at the edge of the water, and the exquisite sight of the lake in the misty sunrise met us in the morning. It felt like a piece of paradise. We hung out in the comfortable living room the first night, then slept well in the queen bed and the next day sat on the couch on the porch and watched the geese swimming by and the leaves falling and in the evening cooked a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed it and the view. During the day our puppy gamboled happily in the large backyard. This was a beautiful, restoring weekend.
