High-speed network with 500 Mbps, Amazon Prime, Youtube premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free wash and dry), Very pleasant comfort shower, south-facing balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking options are easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes walk to the train line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden neighborhood (5 min train). Nice environment with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

50´s apartment 10 min. (1km) walk to Messe

Great accomodation for Messe / Cebit, Industrial fairs. Just 10 minutes by foot to Messe /fair (1 km), entrance West. Very quiet location, small road, gardens and a cemetary around. The house is old (build in 1957), but we like the vintage vibe and feeling with the old staircase and some vintage furniture mixed with Ikea. There are some personal things in the apartment, it´s our home, but we rent some of the rooms / the whole apartment for Messe/fair.

The attic of this quarry stone house , built in 1865, was completely newly built . It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees ! Getting to rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
