From the minute you enter you know this is going to be a great place to stay. Inviting atmosphere, clean rooms, and an appealing breakfast. Staff (concierge's, Moon and Vipi) go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met.

We were welcomed joyfully and made to feel at home very quickly. The host gave us a map of the area and sugested places for us to visit and eat. The staff were very friendly and always talked to us when we walked passed them. The breakfast was nice also. We were also recommend a very good trip to Ninh Binh. Would definitely come again.

Moon was very hospitable and she helped us with anything we needed. We booked the rooms last minute and she worked very hard to prepare everything for our arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of the accommodation is ideal if you are looking for a quiet place. Due to its proximity to the lake, it is very idyllic and relaxing, but the center of Hanoi is not far away and easily accessible. Value for money is easy with this place, as cleanliness, service and location are very good. I can only recommend the place.
