The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We greatly enjoyed staying here. The penthouse was just like in the pictures and made for an excellent base to explore the city. It's near West Lake in a more peaceful neighborhood but is still close to many restaurants, bars and activities. The wifi is very fast good for remote work. I highly recommend this place!

It's better than what you see in the photos It's much better than most hotels when you go in. This is an accommodation where you feel like you met your girlfriend for the first time. Especially, the night view from the bathtub is really pretty. It was the best place for couples to stay even if it was a little expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice, serviced apartment. It's walking distance to some famous Bun Cha restaurants. IWe had one minor issue with the door not closing, but it was addressed by a technician in a timely manner. Thanks again for a nice stay.

I have had a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at this place again. I enjoyed the peace in there, a wonderful home with needed facilities, a very friendly, helpful and homely feeling provided by the hosts. Thing I love the most: a big window on 2nd floor, very relaxing for both work and tea.

Great experience , very friendly host, great location, very good value for money

Firstly, host is very nice and warm person, always available to contact. Secondly, apartment is very clean, all what you can need is here, washing and drying machines were more than great to find. Two bedrooms for family of 4. Mattress on the 1st floor was very uncomfortable, but on 2nd floor really good. Finally, location is 30min on foot to reach Old Quarter or 10-15min by Grab. Not much options for cafes, noise from busy road was really a minus. Overall, if price would be cheaper I could recommend this place.

We spent a full month here and loved it! Our third time staying in Hanoi but first in an AirBnb. This is a great area, especially for foodies and families. The apartment had basically everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly and agreeable to every request we had during our months stay. I would happily stay here again and fully recommend you do too!

Great functional and clean apartment. Great internet speed as well, it took us a few minutes the first night to figure out that the key fob had buttons to open/close the metal gate to enter the flower shop after-hours. Would definitely recommend this place.

We booked this accommodation last minute late at nigh. The host was great. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The house is very cute and it even had a Christmas tree which we loved. Beds were cozy and location was good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent place! Beautiful view on the balcony of the koi pond and great restaurants walkable in the area. It felt like home that we didn’t want to leave. Definitely would book again next time in Hanoi

This place was perfect and was everything we were hoping for. Location was great, with the old quarters within walking distance. Lots of great cafés and restaurants to eat. The host was very helpful, quick to respond to our queries and also helped accommodate our late check out due to flight delay. It is well located with stylish furniture and fittings being very clean and spacious. Nga's communication was amazing. It was wonderful to watch the street life go by the window seat and it was so exciting to have everything at our doorstep. We enjoyed it so much we cooked breakfast and dinner in and had everything we needed. The guard was so helpful and nice helping us with our baggage and working out how to use the stove etc. Highly recommend.
