Vacation rentals in Hamnäs

Every day we enjoyed the uniquely beautiful view of the wintry lake and the long sunrises and sunsets. On most days, we were able to slide across the smooth ice, skate and go sledging. Then it snowed and we were able to walk into the untouched snowy landscape. There were lots of animal tracks to see (deer, stags, foxes, a moose and even the tracks of a lynx in the forest). The sauna with a view of the lake was also great. The communication with Mattias was excellent, fast, very helpful, with lots of concrete tips and suggestions. A thousand thanks. We can only recommend the house for Sweden fans.

A wonderful place to stay right on the lake, with everything you need. Our highlight was the fireplace in the glass house, where we spent the evening enjoying the surroundings. Martin was a great host who helped us with any questions we had immediately. We would love to come back! Thank you for the lovely time. :)

A hidden gem, just a few hours drive from Stockholm. Frida's responsiveness to our questions before the stay was only one of the many ways in which this property outperformed our best expectations! The property is right on the water, with stunning views of the ocean from most bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef. The beds in the five bedrooms were extremely comfortable. In addition, the spacious hot tub and sauna provided the extra comfort for our weekend of relaxation. We hope to be able to plan another visit during the summer to experience this splendid location when it looks less like winter wonderland :) We highly recommend this property to anyone looking forward to a relaxing experience away from the noise of the big cities

Recommended! We looked up this home carefully and read previous feedback before we booked. It's beyond our expectation! Beautiful surroundings with a great location in the vicinity of Orbaden's sandy beach. The kitchen had all the equipment you could wish for and more. Beds were wonderfully comfortable! We will definitely come back when we go to Hälsingland next time!

Perfect weekend getaway! We spent a weekend in this cozy cabin and couldn't be happier! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed to hang out and cook together, even basic range of spices and oils, which made the stay extra comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and there was plenty of room for us to relax. In addition to the weather this weekend, our dog also enjoyed it! The location was amazing – quiet and close to nature, perfect for getting away from the hustle of everyday life. Anna was also helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cabin and are looking forward to coming back!

Our second time staying at Mikael's place for our annual skiing holiday, and we will be back again next year if we can! Our kids love the place, and so do we. It is so beautiful, with an amazing view and everything you could want and more. Our kids loved ice skating on the lake and we loved the cosy sofa and bed. Mikael is a great and very responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommend!
