they were wonderful in accommodating our last minute request and this is truly a little treasure on Lake Ontario. The lake is visible with an unobstructed view where we could have let days go by with the peace and tranquility that the home offered. We didn't take advantage of the outside firepit because it was winter (or at least winter-ish), but the fireplace inside made for cozy nights. There was plenty to do with the streaming services provided and a great place to call home for the few days that we were allowed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was great! Not much feedback to give. Just note that there was no forks or irons so bring your own if you need them.

The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, big space, well-equipped kitchen exceeded my expectations. And Mark was incredibly welcoming, responsive, making my stay even better. I truly appreciated the little touches that made a big difference, looked like they hired an interior designer to decorate very thoughtful decor. The location was perfect. This was our second time renting as we play an annual softball tournament and we were blown away by the service and attention to detail. Noticeable upgrades from the previous year including all necessary equipment in the kitchen, many supplies available and so many added personal touches. They took care in stocking the fridge with drinks and there were snacks around to munch on which was great. Plenty of coffee and extras. Pool was nice and clean, not too cold and parking for everyone. We hope to keep coming back every year.

I had a fantastic time staying at Neha's place. The condo is an excellent space for two people who want a stay-in feeling in the city. The only thing we wish Neha had included in the kitchen was wine glasses, but we had improvised with her glass cups. Overall, it was a fantastic time with lovely views over the balcony and big windows around the condo. I recommend booking with her; she was a fantastic host, always replying fast and being as helpful as possible. I would love to book with her again shortly.
