Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hamilton County

Josh’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what we expected. The hot tub was the biggest motivator for selecting this listing, but the home itself was also cozy and comfortable. I would definitely book it again for my entire family, or for a girls weekend. Fantastic location, quiet street, and beautiful view.

Kortni was such an incredible host; she was really our saving grace for this trip! We were able to book her place last minute after our intended housing fell through. While my family was still figuring things out, she even let me know that she had cleaned her place just in case we decided to stay. Her home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Bath and hand towels were plentiful, kitchen stocked with all cookware and utensils necessary, lots of throw blankets and sheets available. Anything you would possibly need was already provided. All the amenities were as listed and simple to operate. When we had any trouble, she was able to respond almost immediately which felt like an absolute luxury. My family and friends kept commenting on how amazing this stay was and we truly cannot wait to book with Kortni again!

Gretchen was a great host and the house was exactly as described. Great recommendations on taco spot around the corner. Forgot important medicine in the fridge and thankfully Gretchen worked with us to get it overnighted. 10/10 would stay here again. 😊

I WAS VERY HESITANT ABOUT A AIRB&B. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HIGHLY RESPONSIVE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH NO SMELLS OF SMOKE. VERY UP TO DATE. VERY CONVENIENT AREA. I WILL ONLY USE HIS HOMES WHEN TRAVELING. IM SUPER IMPRESSED!

We had the most WONDERFUL time here — they were super informative and quick to respond, and the house is gorgeous. We LOVED the Blue Bungalow. There’s a river trail at the bottom of the hill, and the shuttle stop at about a 10min walk, but you can also just sit by the huge windows — or in the cozy hot tub!!! — and watch the Ohio River.

The hot tub made this stay worth it!! The king bed was definitely a nice amenity, and the bedrooms were extremely spacious. It was a very modern space with an updated HVAC system that was easy to use. We loved sitting on the couch in front of the electric fire place after a long night, after a much enjoyed time in the hot tub!

The place was clean and nice, with cozy touches, such as an electric blanket in the winter. And though I arrived late and in the cold, Caitlin came out to make sure I got in alright. And she responded to my question about heat in the bathroom, with instructions for turning on the heat lamp, which was lovely!!

Great clean place! Just what I was looking for to stay for the weekend. Bonus he has an N64 with a bunch of games which was very cool! Would stay again :)

We had a lovely time at Kimberli’s property. This home was full of wonder and had a lovely vibe. I seriously couldn’t stop taking photos of everything! It was like straight out of my Pinterest boards! I especially loved the office area as it was a perfect space to work remotely. Check in was super duper easy and I loved the keypad entry. Kimberli was very clear on all instructions and rules which made this stay a breeze. There is access to a trail that I had a very enjoyable run on and you can access it from the back gate. The trail will also lead you to a huge shopping area. It was surprisingly quiet with considering it is near the shopping center. The kitchen had plenty of necessities from condiments, coffee, and even a community pantry! We definitely took advantage of the hot tub every night, it was a great way to end the day and so relaxing. There were plenty of board games to keep us occupied as well. We hope to stay here again someday!
