What a cozy space! Very comfortable, well appointed, bed was great, walkable to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Building felt very safe and host was super responsive any time we had a questions. Would definitely stay again!

The house on the outside was beautiful, the host was very helpful listing things to do in the area when I asked. Restaurants, movie theaters, and grocery store in walkable distance. Inside the bed is very comfortable, bathroom is good size, perfect for a weekend or even longer. Nice refrigerator and microwave for making a little meal. Highly recommend!

Rue was the most amazing host I’ve ever had! I ended up coming down with the flu during our stay and Rue and her family made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. They even shared some of their home cooked meals with us; it was so incredibly kind. The place itself was very cozy and had everything we could have wanted! We also loved being so close to all the restaurants in Clifton. I would absolutely recommend Rue’s place to anyone!

The hosts were wonderful. Very communicative and helpful. The space was modern, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The provided washer pods to do laundry in full size in unit machines was much appreciated! Great common space on 3rd floor for working as well.

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

My wife and I had a wonderful 8 days stay at Mid Cincy Mod. The home was exactly as the pictures and description and we felt right at home throughout our stay. My wife lived in the same neighborhood for many years so we are excited to have a place we can go back to when we visit Cincinnati in future. We enjoyed walking to Coffee Emporium everyday and the location cannot be beat for exploring the city. The communication was seamless from the host and we look forward to going back and stay there again. Dipen

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was great to have a space where everyone could have their own comfy bed. We all could fit around the dining room table and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room as well. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchens were well stocked, and it was nice having too ovens although they cooked a bit unevenly. There are a lot of stairs to get to all the areas of the house, so you will definitely get your exercise. Charlotte was responsive and promptly fixed a leaky shower. This house is great for a big group that is looking for a large space to share and have fun in.

Brian is such an amazing and friendly host! The bed is amazingly soft as well as the blankets (like sleeping on a cloud) he has a beautiful shower for you to bathe in and all around beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Will gladly be back🙌🏼 I appreciate your hospitality 🙌🏼

Yiwei was a wonderful host who was not only proactive, but also very accommodating to my family. We ran into a slight miscommunication, however came to a quick resolve that worked with both parties!

Alex’s property was accurately described. Check in was easy, house was well stocked with all the basic amenities as well as being very spacious and bright. The large dining table was perfect for meals and family games. Getting to downtown Cincinnati was a quick drive. Check out instructions were also clear and simple.

There’s not much to say here…. Everything was perfect. Ed was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and helped us out with some flexibility on his end. The place was just like in the pictures and description. The location is great to access Eden Park (beautiful walking and some things to do), easy drive or ride share to downtown or to Hyde Park area. Although there were some suggestions for restaurants and bars to walk to, we didn’t visit them as it’s not really a neighborhood that drew us out in the direction of those places (not a lot of people out and about). The view is beautiful, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms and all amenities worked well, and rooftop is fun to hang out on a nice day. We felt very secure here, there wasn’t a lot of noise other than traffic. We’d certainly go back. Also check out his other listings.
