Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hamilton City Council

The BEST Air Bnb I have ever stayed at!! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has two sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. The in unit washer/dryer is perfect for longer stays. Very peaceful location that is walking distance to Hamilton lake. Wayne is an AMAZING host and went above & beyond to make us feel at home! Highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Had a great stay with Glori. A cozy, dark refuge was just what I needed after my travels and it was everything I needed and more. And Glori was the perfect host - excellent communication and always accommodating.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Great place to stay in heart of city, everything you need is only a short walk away. Large apartment with all amenities. Was met at front door and given all instructions of how to get into undercover parking space, easy once you know how. Would recommend.

The house is super clean and spacious. U stayed with my friend family, enough space for kids to play around and adults to sit down and have good conversation. Close to supermarket and everything was there we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house & lovely neighbourhood

We all enjoyed our stay here - the house is just as it looks in the photos, a spacious house in a very quiet, peaceful spot, down a right of way, with nice views to the river from the upper floor. Janice was a helpful, responsive host.

We simply loved Steve’s home. It’s located in the heart of Hamilton, steps away from the lake. I loved the convenience of walking through the back gate and being on the walking path. There is a book about the Hamilton Lake… read it! We learned so much. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen/home offered a few things that we do not travel with (sugar, tea, umbrella, etc.) Steve was extremely responsive and helpful. His suggestion of The Lost Boys (cafe) was spot on. Definitely check them out. Would love to return someday!

Lovely old wooden house with lots of character very close to the centre of Hamilton, easy to walk to the shops, museum and other attractions.

Sarah’s place is very modern, clean, and convenient. Sarah was able to accommodate us on very short notice which was greatly appreciated. Her home is immaculate and had everything we could have asked for. It’s a quick, easy drive to the city center or about a 30 minute walk down a scenic river path. Several delicious takeaways are literally across the street. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at.

Megan’s family were friendly, accomodating and helpful hosts. We had everything we needed and the muesli, cookies and milk were a bonus. Even enjoyed pickleball.

We loved our stay here, great location to the centre of Hamilton (yet was enough out of the centre that it was quiet and easy to get good nights sleep) in a very spacious and comfortable property. All the facilities were in great condition. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hamilton. Thanks to Darryn and Tracey for being great hosts.

Enjoyed my stay in Hamilton at Carla’s place. She was friendly and helpful. Use of the garage was a real bonus.

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
