Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hamilton City Council

Perfect spot in Hamilton. Felt very welcome and at home. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was easy to get hold of and was a great communicator. Check in and checking out process was simple and easy to follow. A fantastic spot which is close by to what we needed. Nice and quiet, no sounds of cars during the night. Would recommend staying here and will use her place in the future!

Graeme was amazing and helped us out greatly as we needed somewhere to stay very last minute. He was very flexible and allowed us to stay an extra couple nights. The house was amazing and we felt right home. Extremely grateful for Graeme and his home.

Our stay at Shelly's place was absolutely fantastic! The home was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay especially sensory resources to help our little ones stay engaged. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamilton.

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Great one night stay. Felt like a home away from home. Wonderful bed, no road noise so awesome sleep. Nadine is super lovely and her very friendly pets added to the charm. Thanks for the cups of tea, warmed croissants and plenty of chats.

The property is beautifully presented, in a very quiet and picture perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and surprised ourselves with the good rest we all had. The living space and outdoor area are massive, and it is a very perfect location for a weekend away.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful gardens. So private and peaceful. Perfect for our group of 8. Graeme and Jenny were so kind and responsive. Loved it!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.
