Excellent Airbnb, the neighborhood is very pretty and super quiet, close to the center. And the apartment is in a very modern building with all the comforts! Don't hesitate to rent.

We booked 2 nights quite spontaneously (on the same day) and also very quickly a call!!/get confirmation! The contact with Klaus was great, by phone he described everything to us on how to get to the accommodation, how to get into the apartment, where we can park etc. The apartment was easy to reach, exactly as described, very clean and easy to feel comfortable. There were all the things you need (sheets, towels, soap, hairdryer, dish soap, sponge, etc.) and even a small collection of games (and a gummy bear bag for each guest as well as a water bottle, which was a nice touch). The apartment is a few minutes walk from the center! We can definitely recommend it!

We stayed for a weekend with Anna and Matthias to visit friends in Arnsberg. The contact in advance went great, quick responses and everything very straightforward. At check-in, we received a warm welcome and everything was shown to us. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated and provided everything you need for a weekend away. If you had any questions in between, the two were always available. The check-out also went smoothly. We will definitely be back and can definitely recommend your place!

Lovely house tucked away from the main road with private parking. Very close to town, you can easily walk there in under 10 mins and very close to supermarkets and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Daniela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

The stay was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Everything we needed was there and all the instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place.

Even during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and instructed in the special features of the locations (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also accommodated our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very enjoyable and can definitely be recommended.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The apartment is top. Slippers or the like is recommended. I would always book the apartment again. Really great. Also the location... You can be anywhere in Sauerland in 10-15 minutes where something is going on.

Unfortunately, we only stayed with our boys (6 and 9) in Elspe for a weekend. The very nice apartment was bigger than assumed, super clean and well equipped. Price performance was good, very nice reception in a quiet area. Ice cream shop, supermarket and snack bar within walking distance, in the other direction you are in meadows and fields in 3 minutes. 150% recommendation, 100% -ig we will book again but then stay a few days.
