My sister and I were looking for a chilled/relaxed time away and this cottage certainly provided that. The house was beautiful and we felt very much at home. The welcome treats from Susan were a bonus. Thank you very much for our stay, we had a lovely time! The house is beautiful and just what we were looking for. Hopefully be back at some point. Accommodation was booked for colleagues for business purposes. Everything was exactly as described, suited our needs perfectly and the location was lovely. Barry and Ivy were very friendly and communicative hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Ralph’s cabin near Penrith! Ralph was a fantastic host with excellent communication, even offering to adjust the heating for us remotely, which was so thoughtful. The cabin was cozy with nice, comfy beds, and the kids were thrilled with the selection of games available. We even spotted wild rabbits outside the bedroom window, which was a special treat! The location is ideal, close to Keswick, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway.

Beautiful property, just the thing we were hoping for on our short break before Xmas. Bright and modern, the fireplace was a treat and very cosy. Putting a Christmas tree up in the front room for guests was a lovely touch and really made us feel at home. We would love to stay again soon!

This was an unexpected treat. A glorious location above the river, a delightful cottage which was beautifully furnished and equipped and extremely clean. We all loved it and will definitely return .

Tina’s place was both comfortable and clean, providing an ideal set up and location for our family getaway. We were impressed with Tina’s consideration of the needs of our mixed group and the provision of essentials and equipment at the property.
