Excellent cosy apartment at a convenient location.

Perfect stay for Miami Art Week 2024. Alexander was a pleasure as my host. Great Communication and response time. The building staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again!

Fabulous find! We made last minute plans and were so happy we found this place. Lorelei’s communication was superior. The staff were so friendly and professional at the same time. We loved the cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable. The view was astounding and we took coffee every morning on the balcony. The location is terrific with great restaurants. Lots of places to walk and much to discover. Loved Coconut Grove. We highly recommend this Airbnb. You’ll be very pleased!

Great place to spend a weekend in Miami. Pretty view from the balcony and lots of stores, restaurants and the Kaseya Arena within walking distance. Only issue was the TV not being able to be connected to the internet but the host was very well with responding back to messages. Would definitely recommend.

8/10. Definitely worth the money. Great spot right on the beach. Amenities are perfect. Free valet service was a plus. Only thing I would say is that the apartment has a slight smell of bleach when we walked in, but that’s pretty normal with all beach rentals. Overall, had a great time and would definitely book again!

We stayed at Roberto's place a few days while in town to see family. It is was very clean and super convenient to shops, restaurants and the freeway to get where we needed to. A short ride to the airport too. We enjoyed the stay!

We had a great stay and our host was very responsive. The location is great with many restaurants and shopping near by and walkable. The building is very secure. The condo looks just like the photos with the exception of the patio area. The outside dining area was not as pictured. Overall, we had a great time and this place met all of our needs.

Le was wonderful to work with. Easy to get along with and very responsive. The condo was right on the beach with a beautiful pool. For all the people staying in those condos, we almost had the pool to ourselves most of the time-or sharing with just a few. I loved that there was a free trolley, but we had experienced some unreliability. First time in Miami Beach and we barely skimmed the surface! Amazing food!! Great Happy Hours! The Turkish and Roman Baths just re-opened. We did not get a chance there- but definitely will next time! Rikki Tiki bar at pool side was great! Great lattes in the little lobby shop! Everything was orderly! Good condition! Equipped! Cozy! I’ll be back! Thank you!

I love this place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The bed and linen are so comfortable. The view from the pool are is amazing. It has a jacuzzi and a nice pool. The area is perfect, a lot of restaurants, bars, boutiques. There is a park right in front. Everything is walking distance. Andrew was easy to reach and very helpful. Also Gustavo from the Hotel at the front desk was extremely helpful. I will definitely go back to this place.

It was pleasure staying in this gracious apt everything was amazing beach was close stores everywe wanted was around us plus it includes free garage spot whre u can always find parking snytime of the day philip was wvery friendly and helpful always available u could just ask any question he had answer or solution i really refomend everyone to check this apt out you would definitely stay satisfied worth its price

Irina was a great host. Proactively messaging in advance of the stay and responsive when needed. The area itself was also quite nice with a lovely walk alongside the water.

From start to finish the communication and attention to detail were unmatched. We had a smooth checkin on arrival and a simple checkout. If you want a host who messages back immediately and who does everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable, STAY HERE!!

We really loved Leda‘s place for so many reasons. Easy to find, good parking, well maintained, beautifully designed…you get the point. If you look for a nice place when visiting Miami this is just it. You will have everything you need in a thought through place. On top Leda is very welcoming and cares that you have a great stay. Definitely coming back.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed for 3 nights while in town for a family event. Brett’s place was clean and comfortable. Great private space in back yard near the pool to relax and enjoy the sun.

We love the house . Just be aware that in the end you are charged a cleaning fee.

Gregorys place was awesome! The heated pool was amazing! The house was comfy and spacious! We'll be back!

Gabby and Mario were absolutely wonderful hosts! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their place was immaculate, stylish, a short walk to many major attractions (including an amazing park just at the end of the street), and had everything we needed and more. Gabby and Mario were incredibly friendly and made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend staying with them and would definitely return in the future!
