Vacation rentals with breakfast in Haliburton County

Greeted right away with a quick tour . Everything neat and clean . Many lakes near by for activities. Complimentary breakfast was accommodated and a sweet gesture .

Debbie and her partner were very welcoming. The stay is exactly like how the description mentions (if not more amenities). There was a lot we could do around the area. The room and the washroom were very clean and well maintained. The house has a private dock which was beautiful! A lot of options - canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, restaurants, and very beautiful views of nature. The breakfast provided was top notch. Both my husband and I loved all the food made with a lot of care! Debbie was very thoughtful with all the books and magazines placed in our bedroom so we could explore Dorset and Muskoka. We really didn’t have anything to complain about. I would highly recommend the visit to “The Moose”.

Our stay at Helen's cabin was very relaxing and peaceful. We had very friendly neighbours (ruby and spirit) and had a very cozy atmosphere. Bali was our personal guide through the trails and definitely made it into our highlights of our trip. Helen was extremely helpful and welcoming and was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend to check out the Wolf conservation which was 17 minutes from the cabin. Would also recommend to go to Hook Line & Sinker which had amazing food! Will definitely be coming back, thank you!!!

Beate and Lothar were excellent hosts at the bed and breakfast. We felt right at home in their home and were very generous with their time and accommodating us. The house was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. Beate was on the ball with breakfast and was a delight to talk to. We will defiantly consider visiting again!

We spent three wonderful days in this very cozy cabin, fully enjoying the breathtaking surroundings! Leah and Kevin were excellent hosts—not only because they thought of everything one might need in the cabin, but they were also very easy to reach and gave us valuable tips for nearby attractions that we, as tourists from Europe, wouldn't have easily found on our own. We had a very enjoyable stay at Ollie’s cabin. Everything was clean and the view was amazing.

This was exactly what we needed. We were looking to get away for the long weekend; for a place where we could relax and unwind. This place was perfect for us. It's a beautiful house on a quiet lake, and Anna and Angelo made us feel at home there. We rented the lower suite (which had a separate entrance and it's own bathroom and kitchen), and we had access to the rest of the property, so we had as much privacy as we cared for at any time. Anna and Angelo are very pleasant, freindly people and were comitted to ensuring our experience was great. We used the bbq, hot tub (frequently), fire pit, and canoe and everything went well. And we have to mention Mia - she was a wonderful surprise. We recommend Anna and Angelo's place.

Angelo and Anna couldn't have made our stay any better. Their accommodation to our special dietary needs is supremely appreciated. The accomodations were impeccable. We loved the property and all it had to offer (hot tub, lakefront dock, bbq, covered porch, fire pit, another fire pit on the deck for good measure, beautiful Minden and farmer's market near by, water activities - canoe, kayak, SUP). That boat cruise! (ask about it if you stay) Angelo and Anna are just to-the-bone good people. Everything kept so clean. Fresh food. I can't wait to get a canoe trip in and use their place as a launch and conclusion to our excursion in Queen Eliizabeth II Wildlands that's only 20 min from their place. Can't thank them enough for being amazing hosts.

Bluenose is a lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and in a great location. It’s cosy without being small, has every amenity you could want, and is clean, tidy and welcoming. Beds are comfortable and linens are fresh. The steps down to the dock are made in stone and are well lit at night. The fire pit is magical and the dock is a perfect place to linger and watch the lake, star gaze, have a chat and a drink. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board which we used often, and games in the cottage for rainy days. We had a wonderful week despite bad weather! Thanks Carly and Mike!
