Simply a stunning place within beautiful surroundings. Awesome views to the Pacific and the mountains, right from the bedrooms. This is the place to be if you look for a timeout, stunning nature and a respite. Also a great home base for discoveries in the vicinity, along the coast line or deep in the mountains.

I stayed with my friends and four families. The room was very spacious, and there was also facilities for a bonfire and barbecue, and the children enjoyed it. It was nice to have facilities such as a baby bed and a circle. They were also quick to respond to questions and politely, and it was helpful to answer questions immediately after I arrived on the day.

Beautiful home near Mt. Fuji/Lake Kawaguchi. Wonderful views from the bedroom, living room and dining room for the fall colors. Beds were comfy and the heating pads were appreciated. We enjoyed playing CDs, but skipped the vinyl record collection. We had one day of bad weather, but were happy to have a warm and comfortable place to shelter. Would highly recommend.

The airbnb was located in a beautiful, peaceful location. Great spot to wind down after exploring the area and not too far from the amusement park.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic and right next to Gora station. The house was great, spacious by Japanese standards for a family of 5, everything works and well placed. Thank you very much Sumito!

Great location and friendly host

Wonderful wonderful host was amazing even met us on site to assist letting in also stocked Complete fridge for food and breakfast with later arrival we couldn't have asked for any more simple instructions on equipment. Also was kind enough to give us a personal tour but more importantly, the children were so hungry we did arrive very late, fridge and freezer fully stocked up with bread cereal eggs all fresh products including fruit absolutely an amazing coast kept us inform of the weather and gave good indication when we would be able to see the most luxurious home more stocked up than most hotels with Bathroom down to the smallest things of a hair bobbles for when you're using the sauna Plenty of towels would have been able to ask for a better stay only issue we wish we stayed longer thank you so much for all that you did for myself and children. It was very very very much appreciated. Will look forward to coming back next year. Take care

Cozy and beautiful place! It has all the things you need from the kitchen to the toilet. Near Kawaguchiko station which made travelling very easy :)

Loved the many amenities of the home; the automated mahjong table was loved, and the playstation 5 was also awesome. Its a great place to stay in and just enjoy. The doorways are kinda short though; for tall persons (1.85m and above) those could be quite a hazard.

We stayed with a large group. Even if the children were playing to the fullest, I was able to spend my time without worrying about the surroundings. Everyone was very satisfied and enjoyed it. I'd love to stay there again.

this place is just right for company cohesion or family gathering. they have all the right equipment and facilities. The place is clean and tidy. However, the cons is the location, it's quite inaccessible

Six of the adult men stayed. The firewood barrel sauna felt very pleasant. It was also fully equipped and it was a great place to stay!

I used it as a training destination for my company.I was unable to train around the large TV, so I was able to train while watching my own computer, but I rented the entire building in a different environment, so I was able to drink until midnight.The host's response was great and costly, but it was very difficult to arrange a surprise cake and buy sushi from Don Quijote in Ito.I thought it would be better if I could stay for about two nights. It was a little inconvenient because it was a taxi ride from Izu Kogen Station, but I may have enjoyed everything if I could come by car.

This is my second stay.This time, I went with my daughter who loves hot springs.I was able to relax and enjoy the entire hot spring with the source spring.The fisherman's shop introduced by the owner was also excellent.I am very satisfied with the purchase of live Ise shrimp at the beach value.

We used it for 8 people, but we had a relaxing time.The photos were somewhat imagined before the visit, but the bathroom, shower room, and bathtub were more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The main purpose of this stay was the BBQ and fireworks, but they provided both of which were easy to do, making it easy to enjoy. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and amenities, and the size of the TV, the number of chairs, and the arrangement were perfect for a large group to stay comfortably. The interaction on Airbnb was smooth, and we had a peaceful and pleasant time because of the warm welcome on arrival, and the polite response was handled, and we had a peaceful and enjoyable time!I wanted to stay again if I get the chance.

There was plenty of space in the room, and there were all the cooking utensils and amenities, so I had a comfortable stay. The grill for the BBQ was also ready to use. There are few street lights around, so it's safe to move before the sun goes down.
