A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

Ito is local, but I was looking for a place where I could stay together because I currently live in a family of three families, and I found this place in front of Ito Station, the location, price, size, convenience, everything I was looking for, and I booked it right away. Due to my carelessness, it was difficult to find the parking lot in the back of the building, and I immediately replied when I messaged in trouble.(Since it was written "upper", I thought it was a type like a three-dimensional parking lot, so I was embarrassed that it took some time to find something that didn't apply to it...) If there is one negative aspect, as others have said, the bathroom is small, so I think it will feel cramped for those with a large body, but the whole family was very satisfied, and I had a good time with my reunion after a long time. I'd love to stay there again next time.Thank you.☺️

Tohru and the wife very nice and humble.. The room was amazing i can see the mount fuji from my room.. and tohru its a nice guide, he gave me some recomendation about tourist spot and delicioua restaurant.. Before we leave tohru gave me post card that he made by himself.. I would recomend this place to anyone

Saruya Hostel is a really beautiful little hostel. The whole place has been beautifully designed, and host lots of luxuries such amazing ceramics for guest to use in the kitchen. Comfortable shared areas and plenty of space. really clean and nice bathrooms and showers with beautiful soaps. The whole place has a lot of attention paid to it and was such a wonderful stay. The rooms and the building is very safe, and felt very private. It was a pleasure to stay here. The hostel is attached to a beautiful cafe next door where we had great coffee and breakfast both days, was really nice and felt at home with the friendly staff! Location is fantastic, great view of Fuji from the street outside.

the staff there all spoke english and made good recommendations for food. location is a bit far from kawaguchiko station, but the staff will happily order a taxi for you (~1300-1500 yen) when i went, weather was bad, so mostly stayed inside, but the guests were nice and there are some good restaurants nearby. I liked the hoto restaurants, the indian restaurant (portions are insane here!), and there's a sushi market/bar all within 5 min walking.

A very special place and surrounding. The host, Jun-san, was very responsive in the lead up to our stay. Felt very welcome and right at home from the first step in the property. The mineral spring water bath was fantastic! Highly recommended for a good retreat to the nature.

This was an incredibly memorable experience. The architecture of the building exceeded my expectations, appearing even more stunning in person than in photographs. My room offered a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji, with the scenery being nothing short of spectacular on clear days. The hotel's proximity to the local attractions, coupled with the hosts' willingness to provide transportation, made everything incredibly convenient. Both hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, though they had a reserved demeanor, they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and provided invaluable advice and assistance for our travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a stay.

We booked Yuan Yuan house at the last minute and she came to our rescue. She helped us get a ride to the location, fed us, helped us get to the waterfall the next day. She made us feel right at home. Have stayed at many Airbnb, but never have. I felt this much at home until I found this location. Perfect for the traveler, who is looking for a beautiful location I need help finding a way around. Her food was great, and I would recommend her location 10 out of 10 times. Thanks again Yuan Yuan, see you soon hopefully.

This place is great. Affordable. Kind host. Very nice. The place is a ryokan. Yukata is also available for rent. Affordable. Return to the skytrain. Who comes through the city? Great value.

Beautiful place to stay! A bit far from restaurants and other stores but if you drive it’s no problem.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The baths were great, and the vibe of our apartment perfectly reminded the traditional Japanese style, which we loved! The breakfast included was also a real plus. Thank you very much for everything you offer, highly recommend!

A great, very nice host family. Maki's breakfast was very tasty and the onsen a great relaxation in the evening. Maki's husband even drove us to the train station on the last day, very nice! A beautiful ryokan!
