Las Gaviotas is amazing and Laura's place is super cute. Great view of the ocean from living room and balcony (2 streets back but you can see over the other houses). Great to watch dolphins swim by! The house next door also rents out so you could be sharing the outdoor space somewhat if that's the case (separated by plants so just audibly and vibe-wise). Private beach, warm water, great pool + jacuzzi, amazing walks along the sea. And some great walkable spots nearby to get dinner, pizza, espresso and even gelato. It's such a great spot to relax.

what a beautiful place to stay. we loved it here and would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get away from Rosarito tourists or Tijuana....it is like a private reserve island

This condo was all about the location for us. The views, as stated, are amazing! The condo is in a very safe, secure location so there was not any issue leaving the sliders open to hear the sounds of the sea and surf all night long. Greg isn’t a bothersome host however he makes it known he is there if you need anything at all! The grounds are well kept with walkways leading to the ocean, lounge chairs, swimming pools, etc. The sun shines every day and the sunsets are exquisite. We highly recommend Greg’s property at Calafia; without hesitation, we would stay there again.

it was a great experience! Mario was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information before our arrival, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Once we got to the condo, we were not disappointed. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The condo itself was cozy and had a lot of charm, but I did notice that it was a bit dusty and could use a little more attention in that regard. Additionally, the BBQ grill could definitely use an upgrade. That said, the location, the views, and the overall vibe of the place made up for those minor issues. For the most part, it was a very nice stay, and I’d consider coming back again!

We stayed at the igloo for a week with our four year old and had a fabulous time. It's a cool quirky space and the almost private beach access is pretty remarkable. There is a large sandy strip and a little section of tide pool, both of which are usually almost entirely deserted. It was pretty awesome. Polo was a lovely host. If you don't have a amazing time here it's your fault. This place is very true to the original spirit of Airbnb, not a fancy place, but so real and very special. Do make sure you treat your pets for fleas before you bring them.

This place was great! Peaceful, quiet, beautiful,and clean! I loved the aesthetic. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again.
