My family enjoyed this place very much. Very spacious. We would highly recommend this place.

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

This place was perfect for our vacation. We visited California, to participate in the LA marathon and to visit Disneyland. It was perfectly located outside all the crazy traffic and City. Quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious, love that we had access to the entire house including laundry room. Always a plus with little ones. It was a short 25 min drive to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend to book this!!!

The place was as described, access was simple and super fast communication. Tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood, narrow one way street keeps traffic down to locals only. We walked to some amazing restaurants within 500 feet of the place. We didn’t spend too much time the apartment but we would stay here again.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

Helen’s place was comfortable and felt like home. When we arrived, everything was clean and spotless. It is a quiet neighborhood and it felt safe. I would recommend Helen’s home!

It was a great place for my group to stay in. We had a lot of fun and if we’re ever in California again we would book once more

It was perfect for our gathering, everyone was impressed! I’m hoping to stay again on our next trip to California! I could have spent my entire time in the primary bathroom upstairs. Contacts were available and attentive with my questions. The massage chair was the most popular location.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

I came for a conference and had a great time. The place is easier accessible by car but supermarkets, cafes etc can be reached by foot too. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for the pool. Annie is very nice and welcoming

5 stars I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and they were incredibly helpful with local tips. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
