The place has a great location Both the beach and the center are within walking distance. The Airbnb looks like in the photos. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Overall a very nice stay!

Fred and Kelly were very kind and responsive throughout our check in and throughout our stay as well. The place is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood so it was ideal for me. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home [away from home]. They had an amazing amount of books, pamphlets, etc full of information to help guide you around. The instructions in how to use the amenities were super clear so we did not struggle with anything. It truly was such a lovely place and I feel very lucky to have found such a gem for our trip to Amsterdam!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Netherlands.

Love the location which is away from busy place. The restaurants are nearby and there is a local supermarket so they are convenient and easy for us to visit.

Astrod and Thijs were very nice, told us everything we need to know about public transport and places we should visit in Castrcum and Amsterdam. The house was clean and everything like the pictures. Public transport is only 10 minute walk away. My friend and I loved it there and would reccomend it if you are traveling to Netherlands.

Ton greeted us personally and kindly. It was possible to check in or park the car before the agreed date. The accommodation in a quiet location corresponds to the photos and we felt very comfortable. By bike or car, you can quickly reach the supermarket 2.5 km away and get everything there. The good bottle of wine to welcome you must definitely be mentioned. Conclusion: great host in quiet surroundings, easy access and great accommodation. Gladly again, as recommended.

We loved our stay at Karina’s place. The addition of the bikes really made the place a perfect stay in Amsterdam.

I cannot say enough about Edith and her husband's hospitality. They were warm and welcoming when we got there. Edith baked us an apple pie that was delicious! The accommodations and location were perfect and walking distance to family and other amenities. Their place is modern, clean and very comfortable. I want to personally thank them for their compassion, I had a death in the family and needed to leave early. They came over that next morning to say goodbye and provide their condolences. Just a beautiful couple. You cannot go wrong with booking their place. They will take care of you!

We had a month and felt right at home! Geraldine and her husband Paolo were friendly neighbors. They made us feel welcomed and always available to help you and resolve anything! We had a lovely weekend in Janine's little apartment. For an extended weekend for two, it is recommended , everything is the same as the pictures show. Communication and check in and out completely uncomplicated - first of all, we were able to check in earlier! It's easy to walk to the beach, excursions to Leiden easily by bus .

We enjoyed a long weekend in Katwijk aan Zee. We found the stay very nice and cozy. The owners are friendly. We would definitely recommend it

It was very comfortable. The landlords were very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was expensive overall, but that's the case in Zandvoort. The beds were cozy, the bunk bed in the children's room was a bit shaky. The children's room was a bit small and the door was jammed. Overall, everything is great. We'll be back.

Edward's place was a great spot for us to use as a base for our trip visiting the areas and towns around Amsterdam. The house was clean and spacious. Two bedrooms, small kitchen which was enough for our requirements, and a large dining / sitting area where we would relax at the end of each day. Nice bathroom. The house is part of a farm, in an extremely quite area with the rhine river running just in from of the house. I had read about this in other reviews, but I was impressed by the fact that Edward had prepared a basket of food stuffs / drinks for our use. This was extremely helpful as we could start our holiday at leisure. There was alot of stuff....from milk, eggs, butter, orange juice.....to cakes, cookies, tea and coffee, a nice bottle of red wine, beer in the fridge, etc etc. Sincerely this does not happen too often with an airb&b. Edward was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The house is ideal for a family......with board games and toys available for the kids.

I travel to Amsterdam frequently for work, and since the last two years, she has been the most welcoming and kind host I met! The apartment is cozy and nice, the area fantastic. Being a typical AMS building, the stairs can be an issue for someone with mobility problems, but for meandn my collegue everything was perfect and comfortable. Nathalie is an adorable host, she was super friendly and helpful. She responded to me quickly and also the room was as described. The only thing that bothered me was that the parking lot was a bit away. But this was also clearly described and therefore no deduction here ☺️ It was super clean at Nathalie's and from there you could walk quite well into town or to the beach. I enjoyed it very much. If you don't need a lot of space and are looking for something in a quiet neighborhood, then you are really in good hands here. ☺️ Would come back again and again. Thank you Nathalie

By far the best Airbnb! A great vacation home, which is definitely worth its price. Very clean and tidy. Really recommend! The location is very nice and quiet, about 15 minutes to Amsterdam. Supermarket, cafes and restaurant are within walking distance. The contact with Linda & Michiel was excellent before, during and at the end of the trip. We were more than warmly welcomed and led by Linda to our super cozy and lovingly submitted accommodation, which exceeded our expectations. It's so much nicer than it already is in the pictures. It has been decorated with so much love and passion and prepared for us (snacks,wine,drinks,cute accessories,a Nikolaa bag,the table was already stocked for us in the evening,as we arrived very late and much more). The absolute highlight is the hot tub,which invites you to relax. We really wish we had more time to stay here. We will be back!

We will probably visit again during Spring. Affordable, comfortable, and the Host is always there to answer any questions. The Town is stunning and the place is amazing. Beautiful Beach. Noordwijk also has amazing people
