The building and the room were new.There was also no problem with the cleaning.Many Japanese ones are also used, so I prove the high quality of the room.Although it is a little far from the center of Hanoi, there is also a Japanese-style hot spring bathing facility (wearing a swimsuit) near this room, which is very good for enjoying a vacation on weekends.If you enjoy a hot spring bathing facility, please do not forget your swimsuit.Cafes and restaurants are close by.It is quiet in the morning and evening, so I think it is a good option if you want to forget about the city noise and relax.

Ninh was a great host as the guests mentioned in their reviews. She always tries to help guests with her plenty of information as a local. Her homestay also is run as a café and restaurant, so you don’t have to go far when you need food or drinks. While her homestay is located a bit away from the main tourist attractions—which was the main reason I chose it—you can consider that when planning your trip. Serene Bungalow in Tam Coc was a great experience. The family is so wonderful. Thuang was an amazing host going above and beyond. Very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Best banana pancakes. There is a laundry service provided, bikes to rent, they help set up taxi rides, and private drivers. We loved staying here!! I want to come back one day!

Excellent place to stay, super clean and tidy, great location, friendly and responsive host, had everything we needed, the pillows and bed linen was so comfy. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

I recommend 100% this hostel! The bed was super comfortable, breakfast is included, and the family is very cozy. It is located in the center of Tam Coc. I would definitely come back :)

Great place to rest from noisy town. If you come to Hanoi to visit Hanoi - this is not an apartment for you. This place is for relaxing with beautiful territory far away from the city center (1-1:20 h by taxi). Also grab food delivery will not come here, but they have few restaurants where you can eat. Also one day we went to supermarket - so most of the time we were cooking at home. Good that all equipment were there. YouTube premium.Only problem with forks/knifes, but I just think that some people took it from apartment. Apartment itself is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay, especially spa, bath and gym. Unfortunately pool territory was closed at our stay. The whole complex is Japanese style, so bed was also Japanese style, too hard for us, but probably good for the back ahaha. I would definitely rent apartment for long stay if I will visit Hanoi once again, territory was amazing, host is a sweetheart, also loved that we can check in/out by our own! Thoc was a very helpful and responsive host who answered every time I needed assistance. The apartment was cozy, clean and spotless, with fast wifi speed that was ideal for working remotely. There were only two things that I had qualms with: first, I was taken aback with an extra heating and electricity bill that I had to pay after I made my reservation. And second, I was shocked at how far away the apartment complex was from all of the restaurants that offered delivery on Grab. This was quite inconvenient for me without any forms of transportation during the rainy season in January. Luckily, there are many lively food and snack streets within the vicinity in the Ecopark neighborhood. Ms. Thoc was also very kind to offer a motorbike for rental if you’d like to travel to the city. Overall, I’d recommend Ms. Thoc’s pleasant Airbnb if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay far away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle of Hanoi’s city center!

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.
