Located in the absolute centre of town, this cosy and well appointed one bedroom apartment is close to all of Melbourne's best attractions. Right at the doorstep you'll find Bourke Street Mall shopping, Flinders Lane restaurants, Collins Street boutiques and a labyrinth of iconic laneways to explore. Within a short stroll you'll reach Flinders Street train station, the Yarra River, Southbank entertainment precinct, the botanic Gardens, the MCG and Australian Open Tennis Centre.

The space
Located in one of Melbourne's boutique Art Deco apartment buildings, this cosy 1 bedroom has plenty of space for two people to enjoy. It offers a comfortable queen size bedroom with built in robes, a full size bathroom with shower and bath, a fully equiped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge area with smart TV. The two large Art Deco windows are fully openable for fresh air, plenty of natural light, and angled views down Little Collins Street. On the 8th floor you are close enough to feel right in the action, but high enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
