It is a room on the upper floor, comfortable and cool, measuring 3.10 by 4.20 apart from its terrace overlooking the ocean, private bathroom, a double bed, furniture for clothes and a dressing table, we are 30 meters from the tourist area there you will find restaurants, clubs, banks, laundry, supermarket, cell phone shop and very close to public transport, in the lower part there is a room with a shared living room and a shower to remove the sand after arriving from the beach, it is important to use it since that helps to keep the property clean and avoids clogging the drains of the bathroom of the room, we also have a small shared kitchen, which has basic amenities to prepare food, has a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender etc.
NOTE❗ due to the growth of the area, we have lost a little of the beautiful ocean view, since there are more buildings in front.
I also want to point out that since we are in a tourist area, there are clubs nearby and noise from the music. We also have the Catholic church 100 meters away and there are bells ringing at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. If you are sensitive to noise, my space may not be suitable for you.

The dogs are in my apartment and sometimes the cats wander around the house, they are very quiet, the turtles live in the garden almost hidden. ‼️Note: the floor gate to go up to the room must be kept closed at all times for the safety of pets and comfort of the guest and do not leave your area. ❗️
