The space
Zephyr House is a single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a bonus room, sleeping up to 5. The king suite has an ensuite bath; the queen has a private bath steps away. A bonus room off the king suite with a full bed shares the ensuite — ideal for a third traveler comfortable with close quarters or children. The kitchen is stocked with drip and French press coffee, teas, snacks, spices, and cold beverages — half and half and creamers included. A dedicated laundry room, screened patio, Weber charcoal grill, chiminea garden, and game room with air hockey, darts, and lawn games complete the space. Charcoal and wood are provided. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds — including the screened patio with sectional sofa and dining table, the outdoor garden patio with Adirondack chairs and chiminea, the front yard, and private off-street parking with a pull-across gate. Entry is via smart lock on the front door. A security camera is located on the exterior of the screened patio; it is disabled during all guest stays and used solely for property security when the home is unoccupied.
