- Winter Heating: The system heats the home up to a maximum of 75°F

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and the basement. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front and back doors for easy and secure access to the home.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
The day of check-in, we will send you a digital guidebook. In this digital guidebook, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Monday or Tuesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation.
- Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Tuesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only.
- The trash company collect garbage every Thursday morning or on Friday.
