🏮Check-in and Check-out
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is strictly on or before 11:00 AM.
We can allow early check-in at 1:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM for ₱200 per hour, subject to availability.
If the unit is fully booked, guests are required to strictly follow the standard check-in and check-out times to avoid penalties.
Please note that our unit does not have a lobby, so we kindly ask that you arrive at your confirmed check-in time to avoid waiting. If you won’t be carrying large luggage, there is a nearby restaurant where you can relax and enjoy an early meal while we finish preparing the unit.
🏮Number of Guests
Yutori Studios accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. For bookings of 4 or more guests, a Semi-Double mattress will be provided, complete with pillow, blanket, towel, and other complimentary amenities.
Please note that we do not have a dedicated dining area.
Finally, make sure to declare the correct number of guests upon booking so Airbnb can adjust the nightly rate accordingly.
🏮Kitchen Rules
As hosts who love cooking, we want you to fully enjoy your culinary experience at Yutori Studios. That said, since we are in a condo unit, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking foods with strong odors whenever possible.
Tutorials for using the provided appliances will be shared upon check-in.
🏮Balcony
What’s a great stay without some fresh, cool air? We’ve designed our private balcony to give you the best experience possible.
For your safety, especially if you’re with little ones, please always exercise caution while on the balcony.
🏮Transportation
Since The Villages is a semi-private area, there are no jeepney stops within 2 km. Residents typically use Grab or other ride-hailing apps to get in and out of the premises.
But don’t worry, we got you! We provide an ultimate directory guideline for your convenience. This will be provided upon booking confirmation. You can also send us a message so we can assist you accordingly.
🏮Parking
Basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The entrance is on the right side of the building, in front of Blue Shaka.
Additional parking is available in front of the building, but please note that these spots are at your own risk.
🏮Noise
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The Villages is a quiet residential area, so you can expect minimal noise inside and outside the building. We kindly ask our guests to respect this by keeping noise to a minimum in the hallways and especially during night time.
🏮Convenience Stores and Restaurants
The building has its own 7-Eleven on the first floor for your daily essentials. If you need additional items, there is a 24/7 Home K Mart located at the back of the building.
🏮Security Camera / CCTV
Please be advised that the building is equipped with security cameras in common areas and hallways.
For your safety, we have also provided a ring camera so you can check anyone who enters, exits, or rings the door.
🏮Smoking
We understand that some guests smoke or vape to relax. However, this is a strictly non-smoking property.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony and hallways.
Smoking inside the unit will trigger the smoke sensor and may cause building issues and penalties.
If evidence of smoking is found inside the unit (odor, ashes, stains, or cigarette butts), an extra cleaning and penalty fee will apply.
🏮Long-Term Stays
For guests who opt for long-term stays (for example, one week or more), we will provide fresh towels and change the bedding every five days to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
🏮Rebooking and Refunds
We advise guests to make sure their dates are final before booking, as reservation fees are non-refundable.
Date changes after booking are not allowed, since the reserved dates are held exclusively for you and we will no longer accept other inquiries for those dates.
🏮House Rules
Any violation of house rules will incur a ₱1,500 penalty. This includes, but is not limited to, late check-outs, smoking inside the unit, and bringing in unregistered guests.
A copy of the house rules will be sent to you upon check-in, and a physical copy is also available inside the unit.
