Welcome to You Me & The Sea OKI, the perfect Oak Island getaway designed for the whole family — including your four-legged friends! This spacious home offers everything you need for a memorable beach vacation, from ocean views and a private heated saltwater pool to comfortable spaces for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped cook’s kitchen ready for family meals, featuring everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Gather around the breakfast bar for morning coffee or enjoy meals together in the open-concept living and dining area overlooking the ocean. Relax in the comfortable recliners while watching the waves, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy a family game night around the dining table.

The beach is just across the street, making it easy to spend your days with your toes in the sand. A beach buggy and chairs are provided for convenient beach access. Prefer to stay close to home? Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, splash around with the family, or relax poolside on the deluxe loungers. Please note: The pool is heated during the cooler months of March/April and October/November only.

Take in the coastal views from the upstairs deck, where a large table, chairs, and bench create the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and sunset watching over the Atlantic.

With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Two queen bedrooms offer comfortable retreats with internet TVs, dressers, nightstands, full closets, and luggage racks. The two downstairs bunk rooms are ideal for kids, each featuring bunk beds, storage, and luggage racks. One bunk room also includes the washer and dryer, while the other provides access to the spiral staircase leading to an additional full-size bedroom with a desk and wall-mounted internet TV.

Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying ocean views from the deck, or spending the day at the beach, You Me & The Sea OKI is ready to host your next Oak Island adventure.

Please note: The pool is not heated December–February due to cold temperatures and June–August due to warm temperatures.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house, under the house, or on the decks. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted. Please message the host if you need an exception.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED.
- Some paper towelsand toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
