Private Heated Pool * Beach Across the Street * NO PET FEES! This home has tons of outdoor living space, new deck and outdoor furniture, and room for fun! This west-end home sleeps is conveniently located and sleeps 10, with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family time and entertaining. Outdoor shower, beach buggy & chairs provided. All new linens & bedding provided, and arrive to beds made - ready to host you, your friends, family, and your pups!

The space
Welcome to You Me & The Sea OKI - This home is set up to host the whole family, including the dogs! Inside you'll find a cook's kitchen - fully equipped to cook all your meals. Have coffee at the breakfast bar and family dinners around the table in the open concept living & dining room, overlooking the ocean. Catch up on your favorite shows or play your favorite games around the table. Or sip your morning coffee in the recliners watching the waves crash.

Spend your days at the beach across the street. A beach buggy and chairs are provided for easy access! Or stay close and hang out in the heated, salt water pool! Splash your days away or simply relax poolside on the deluxe loungers. (Note the pool is only heated in the cool months of March/April and October/November.) Or relax on the upstairs deck overlooking the Atlantic. The large table & chairs and bench are perfect for sipping your favorite beverage while watching sunset!

The home's 5 bedrooms sleep 10. Two bedrooms are fully equipped with queen beds, internet tvs, dressers, nightstands, full closets, and luggage racks. The two downstairs bedrooms are perfect for the kids. Each has bunk beds, dressers, and luggage racks, and there is also a full bathroom downstairs. The washer and dryer is located in one of the bunkbed rooms. The other has the spiral staircase leading up to the full-size bedroom, which offers a desk and wall-mounted internet tv. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

***Please note the pool is not heated December - February (too cold) and June-August (too hot).

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house, under the house, or on the decks. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted. Please message the host if you need an exception.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED.
- Some paper towelsand toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
