The main cabin unfolds into wide, inviting spaces for shared laughter and togetherness. Tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings frame awe-inspiring mountain vistas streaming through expansive windows in the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Outside, a sweeping, partially covered deck beckons with generous seating and views you must see to believe.

The main cabin kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need—pots, pans, crockpot, rice cooker, mixer, and more—to create unforgettable family meals. We provide basics like salt, pepper, and oil, but recommend bringing your own favorites.
Please note cooking is not permitted in the barn home.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except BARN Home Garage and downstairs room. They are used for host storage only.
Other things to note
Depending on when the reservation is made, up to 7 days before the arrival a digital welcome guide/book will be sent to you. That will contain your special door code, address and other info to help you prepare for your trip.
Parking - There is plenty of parking available on the property for up to 5 cars, including a covered 2 car garage at the main cabin.
Security Cameras - There are external only security cameras at certain entrance points.
HOUSE RULES: (We Request and appreciate you very carefully going over following the house rules)
✔ First and foremost – Sit Back, Relax and Disconnect at our majestic escape.
✔ Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am to be strictly followed.
✔ Max of 2 pets allowed. Dogs & Cats only. 100$ per pet per stay. Undeclared pet would incur additional penalty up to $500.
✔ No pets allowed in Pool or hot tub.
✔ Please respect the neighborhood and do not park on the streets and other driveways (Many are privately owned)
✔ Always supervise the children and never leave them unattended.
✔ NO SMOKING, vaping, e‑cigarettes, cannabis, illegal drugs allowed on the property
✔ Kindly note that any type of wood burning is NOT allowed outdoors due to heightened fire risk in the area. Propane firepit and BBQ grill are provided and usable year-round.
✔ There is no lifeguard on duty. Please use hot tub and pool respectfully and at your own risk.
✔ We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering Pool & hot tub.
✔ No Food/Drink is allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub.
✔ Do NOT Leave any food, waste/trash outside unattended. Bear Proof dumpster is provided to put away all the trash (Wildlife including Bears, Foxes, Coyotes and other critters are common visitors in mountain properties near Yosemite, including ours).
✔ Leave the property in as found state.
Occupancy:
✔ We have set maximum occupancy to be 18 to provide a comfortable stay to our guests. That maximum number includes all guests including infants & toddlers. At any given time during the stay the maximum guest on the property should not exceed 18.
✔ To provide adequate time to our housekeeping/cleaning staff to make the property in pristine condition, we must adhere strictly to our check in and check out times. Early check ins and late check outs are almost always very difficult to accommodate. If you need guaranteed early check in or guaranteed late check out, we recommend booking an additional night.

🌲 Yosemite National Park Advisory : Please be aware that Yosemite National Park has implemented a reservation system in recent years to support park maintenance and visitor management. We strongly encourage guests to check the official National Park Service website and other reliable sources for the latest updates on reservations, park access, and potential closures.
❄️ Winter Travel Notice : Our home is located in a mountainous region where snowfall and icy road conditions are common during the winter months. For your safety, please monitor national weather forecasts and come prepared with tire chains and appropriate winter gear. Be sure to follow all guidelines and requirements issued by the California Highway Patrol and Yosemite National Park authorities.
🏞️ Nature & Wildlife Disclaimer: Our home is nestled amidst breathtaking mountain landscapes, offering a serene and unforgettable experience. With this natural beauty comes the presence of native wildlife and critters such as rats, spiders, bats, eagles, ants, and other insects. We maintain regular professional pest control services; however, due to our location, occasional encounters with these creatures may still occur during your stay.
💧 Pool Area Notice: The outdoor pool and hot tub are professionally serviced before and after each guest visit. Still, leaves, insects, or other natural debris may find their way into the water. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience.
🧺 Linens & Towels: To help keep cleaning fees low for our guests, we've thoughtfully balanced the provision of linens and essentials. Bath towels are provided for your stay; however, please note that beach towels are not included.
🌿 Respect for Wildlife: Please respect all wildlife and maintain a safe distance—for your safety and theirs. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the peaceful harmony of our mountain retreat.
