Welcome to your stay at the Yinzers Getaway!
Here are a few important notes for our valued Guests' Access:
1. The Yinzers Getaway, a 2,300 square feet, brick, corner lot, historic home in upper Lawrenceville has a Lower Level with a bathroom, First Floor, Second Floor with a bathroom, and Third Floor; therefore, the use of steps is required.
2. ENTER through the 52nd Street side of the Yinzers Getaway (door with the mail box and awning over it) and the Smart Lock keyless door entry code will be sent to you privately.
3. The LAUNDRY Room - with new washer and dryer - is located on the Lower Ground Level and is 100% free for you to use with extra laundry detergent combined with softener.
4. Use the provided remote/buttons located on the right side of the electric fireplace logs, setting on the shelf, to control the first floor Living Room fireplace.
5. When leaving, follow the EXITING Directions for both the Security and Keyless Entry Systems. You have a set of digital instructions over your booking platform's messaging app. and physical copies are located at the property inside conveniently located hanging wall baskets.
6. If you have concerns, Scott can remotely disarm the system.
7. A Welcome Letter, Check-In Instructions, Checkout Directions, Security System Instructions, Keyless Entry System Instructions, and Private Access Codes will be sent to you digitally & privately from Scott, and physical copies are waiting for you on property.
8. There is a corner market convenience store at the corner of 52nd Street & Holmes Street, which is within walking distance from The Yinzers Getaway!
9. Our Kitchen is FULLY functional and equipped with everything additional from an Air Fryer to a Crock-Pot. If you do not feel like cooking, Butler Street is just a stone's throw away with every type of restaurant food imaginable, including desserts, coffees, and ice creameries!
10. A state-of-the-art Security System is installed with outdoor cameras that DO record video.
11. Parking is FREE and on-street with NO permits needed - HASSLE-FREE PARKING.
12. The Outdoor Private Patio can be accessed from the outside and the inside HOWEVER it is in the locked position, so you will have to open it from the inside. Please follow all safety directions for the NEW Firepit and Grill.
13. Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, extra bedding, extra linens, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning supplies are ALL provided and awaiting your arrival!
14. We consider ourselves a VERY kid-friendly property with MANY children/baby furnishings (Safety Gates, Pack & Play Crib, Baby Monitors, Baby Bath, Baby Changing Station, Stroller, Toddler Beds, etc.), games, and coloring books are available and already onsite.

Welcome to your stay at the Yinzers Getaway!
Here are a few important notes for our valued Guests' Access:
1. The Yinzers Getaway, a 2,300 square feet, brick, corner lot, historic home in upper Lawrenceville has a Lower Level with a bathroom, First Floor, Second Floor with a bathroom, and Third Floor; therefore, the use of steps is required.
2. ENTER through the 52nd Street side of the Yinzers Getaway (door with the mail box and awning over it) and the Smart Lock keyless door entry code will be sent to you privately.
3. The LAUNDRY Room - with new washer and dryer - is located on the Lower Ground Level and is 100% free for you to use with extra laundry detergent combined with softener.
4. Use the provided remote/buttons located on the right side of the electric fireplace logs, setting on the shelf, to control the first floor Living Room fireplace.
5. When leaving, follow the EXITING Directions for both the Security and Keyless Entry Systems. You have a set of digital instructions over your booking platform's messaging app. and physical copies are located at the property inside conveniently located hanging wall baskets.
6. If you have concerns, Scott can remotely disarm the system.
7. A Welcome Letter, Check-In Instructions, Checkout Directions, Security System Instructions, Keyless Entry System Instructions, and Private Access Codes will be sent to you digitally & privately from Scott, and physical copies are waiting for you on property.
8. There is a corner market convenience store at the corner of 52nd Street & Holmes Street, which is within walking distance from The Yinzers Getaway!
9. Our Kitchen is FULLY functional and equipped with everything additional from an Air Fryer to a Crock-Pot. If you do not feel like cooking, Butler Street is just a stone's throw away with every type of restaurant food imaginable, including desserts, coffees, and ice creameries!
10. A state-of-the-art Security System is installed with outdoor cameras that DO record video.
11. Parking is FREE and on-street with NO permits needed - HASSLE-FREE PARKING.
12. The Outdoor Private Patio can be accessed from the outside and the inside HOWEVER it is in the locked position, so you will have to open it from the inside. Please follow all safety directions for the NEW Firepit and Grill.
