Great mountain views, ATV Trails, State and National parks, hiking, underground mine tour, all-in-a-day trips. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the views, wide open spaces, peace. My place is good for couples, big groups, and furry friends, let us know your needs. Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail.
Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.
The space
The large front porch gets everyone's vote. We're a great location for families up to 10. We've made plans for your cookout with plenty of seating and a grill and fire pit. This 72 acre working farm has cows in the fields above, calves romping all around, a whole herd of deer and wild turkeys. Five bedrooms offer comfort and convenience for family and friends to join from near and far. In summer, you'll see us working the fields. Hike to the top acres to a pond and cool wooded areas. Take the long walk straight out our drive, through the tunnel to the Powell River on the other side, where a fresh mountain spring runs year round. Ever walk the rails? The tracks run through town, jump on and go east or west for miles and see things from a new prospective. lau a souvenir coin on the track to flatten by morning.
Guest access
Guests with needs of 2 rooms or less, please utilize the lower level which offers two queen bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining, laundry, living and screen porch. The second level adds 3 bedrooms, two queen and 2 twin beds and a full bath. Pricing is additional per person after 2. A key code is provided before your arrival.
Other things to note
Second level guests will use a winding staircase.
Pets will need crates or pet beds. If pets are used to sleeping with owners, you will need to bring your own bedding and covers and remove ours.
The living room sofa is not a sleeper, please do not plan on using it as a sleeping alternative.
