The space
This unique property is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. You'll love the beach lifestyle this home affords with easy access via seasonal shuttle to P-Town restaurants, art galleries, and more.

Single living level includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, well appointed, modern kitchen connected to an open living/dining space with scenic unobstructed views of the bay and historic Days Cottages.

From the large rear deck of the house, you'll enjoy the views of the dunes to High Head and the cool breezes from the ocean to the bay. There is an attached one car garage but leave the car because we're on the Provincetown shuttle route.

Guest access
Guests have access to the two bedroom, one bath main level.

Other things to note
Property includes split unit air conditioning in the main living area, which includes the living room, kitchen and dining space and one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning, but does have a fan.

Garage is not set up to park a vehicle but it can be used to store beach gear, paddle boards, etc.
