The space
Experience the ultimate in comfort and charm at the Ice House, a standalone 3-bedroom farmhouse surrounded by the historic 1600s and 1700s barns of Marble Ridge Farm. Located at the end of the main driveway and overlooking the vineyard, apple trees, and open fields, this home offers a peaceful, private setting while still being part of the winery property.

Inside the home, the first floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room surrounded by windows, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and workspace, a half bath, and in-unit laundry.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: a primary suite, skylights, and walk-in closet; a second large bedroom with a vanity/makeup area and closet nook; and a cozy twin bedroom overlooking the vineyard.
The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay, including kitchen essentials and water filter and coffee maker. Wine from our winery is also available for purchase in the home and farmhouse guests receive 10% off all wine bottle purchases.
The private hot tub is located just outside and is exclusively for Ice House guests — perfect for relaxing after a day at the winery or getting ready for a special event.
Guests are welcome to explore the vineyard and enjoy the shared outdoor spaces of the property. Our tasting room is open Friday–Sunday, where you can enjoy wine tastings, wine by the glass, seasonal sangria, and charcuterie. All guesthouse guests receive 10% off wine bottle purchases.
The property also includes additional guesthouses and an event space within the historic barn, so you may see light activity during open hours. All winery operations conclude by 9 PM.
Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the home is carefully prepared before every guest arrival by a professional cleaning staff.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire Ice House, including all three bedrooms, living spaces, and the private hot tub located just outside the home.
The Ice House is a standalone home with its own private entrance, offering a peaceful and private stay at the back of the Marble Ridge Farm property.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the Marble Ridge Winery property, including the vineyard and surrounding outdoor spaces (see map in photos).
Our tasting room, located in the historic 1800s barn, is open Friday–Sunday where guests can enjoy wine tastings, wine by the glass, seasonal sangria, and charcuterie. All overnight guests receive a complimentary wine tasting and 10% off wine bottle purchases.
Guests may enjoy their complimentary tasting either in the tasting room during open hours or privately at the Ice House with advance notice.
Parking is located in the main lot at the end of the driveway. We are able to accommodate parking for up to 7 overnight guests. Due to limited space, any additional vehicles for visitors (such as bridal party members getting ready) must leave the property once they depart. We recommend carpooling or using Uber when possible.
Please note the property also includes additional guesthouses and an event space within the historic barn. During winery hours, you may occasionally notice activity on the property, but all winery operations conclude by 9 PM each evening.

The Ice House is located on the property of Marble Ridge Winery, a boutique winery and small event venue set on a peaceful historic estate in North Andover.

As part of your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy our handcrafted wines made on-site from sustainably sourced California grapes, including our sparkling rosé — a guest favorite and perfect for celebrations.
Our historic 1800s barn houses the winery tasting room and event space, where we offer wine tastings Friday through Sunday and host occasional private events. All winery activities conclude by 9 PM each evening to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere on the property.
Guests are welcome to stroll through the vineyard, enjoy the surrounding outdoor spaces, and take in the beauty of the historic farm (see map and house rules for details).
All overnight guests receive a complimentary wine tasting and 10% off wine bottle purchases during their stay.
Wine tasting details: During your stay, you’re welcome to request a wine tasting delivered directly to the Ice House. We offer weekday deliveries between 3–5 PM, Friday from 5–8 PM, Saturday from 1–8 PM, and Sunday from 1–5 PM. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to schedule your tasting. We will meet you at the front door with your tasting, notes, and wine so you can enjoy it privately.
You’re also welcome to visit the tasting room during open hours (no reservation needed). Simply let the staff know you’re staying in the farmhouse guesthouse and they will provide your complimentary tasting. The tasting room also offers wine by the glass, seasonal sangria, and charcuterie snacks available for purchase.
Hot tub: The private hot tub is for Ice House guests only. We ask that guests follow all posted rules, keep noise levels respectful, and do not exceed the maximum occupancy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The property includes additional guesthouses and an event space, so you may occasionally see other guests or light activity during open hours. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
The Ice House is conveniently located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and major highways, with easy access to local favorites like Harold Parker State Forest, nearby beaches, Boston, and Salem.
