Peaceful home one block away from Sonoma State University (and its Green Music Center) and a short drive from beautiful cities: 7 miles to Petaluma, 20 to Sonoma, 30 to Napa, and 42 to San Francisco. Neighborhood highlights
The University District is a quiet and friendly new neighborhood. The house was built in 2021. The oldest homes in the immediate neighborhood are about 4-5 years old. One block behind the house your find Twin Creek Park and one block in front of the house you’ll find Sonoma State University and its Green Music Center. It’s very walkable and beautiful.
