Neighborhood highlights
The University District is a quiet and friendly new neighborhood. The house was built in 2021. The oldest homes in the immediate neighborhood are about 4-5 years old. One block behind the house you’ll find Twin Creeks Park and one block in front of the house you’ll find Sonoma State University and its Green Music Center. It’s very walkable and beautiful.
