Nestled amongst the shady palm trees, enjoy 1 floor living ranch style home - no steps! The quintessential beach house features 2 Master suites & sleeping arrangements for 10+ guests. With freshly updated fun decor, outdoor patio & an coffee bar! Just a short stroll to Coligny's bars, restaurants and shopping. This home is truly meant to relax and rejuvenate.

The space
Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with King Bed, Second Master with One Full and One Queen Bed, Third Bedroom with two Twin Beds and Fourth Bedroom with a Queen Bed.

Two Living Rooms and Dining Areas separated by the kitchen allow room to separate or join together for group fun. Master Suite has a full desk, computer and printer for your work or school needs.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private wrap around yard with outdoor dining area to seat six with a gas grill and several lounge areas.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig Carage and pod coffee maker, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

10 Beach Towels and a mix of low folding chairs high collapsible chairs, rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for six vehicles available in the driveway.

Entry to the house is keyless and we will provide the access code two weeks prior to your vacation.
