Other things to note
Guests need to provide a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) of each adult (18+) for the guard at the entrance to the Windsor Hills community.
Early check-in and check-out for the house are not available so that we can ensure proper cleaning between guests. You are welcome to enjoy the resort clubhouse area, water park and main pool any time on check-in and check-out day.
BBQ available for rent for $75 / week and will delivered to you with a full tank of propane. Grilling tools are provided in the kitchen.
7.5% Florida Occupancy taxes will be collected by Airbnb and I will collect the 6% Tourist Development Taxes before check-in.
The house thermostat is programmed to not go below 72 degrees so to not freeze the system.
Pool and spa heat can be added for an additional $30 per day. The pool and spa heat will be charged for the duration of your stay and will be processed separately from your reservation.
Please note: The heat for the pool automatically maintains between 76 - 84 degrees. If Orlando is experiencing outside temperatures below 55 degrees overnight or at any point during the day, the pool heat will maintain at approximately 75 degrees even with the heat on. The spa will continue to warm up to 104 degrees no matter the outside temperature.
