This luxurious private suite is in a small, quaint cul-de-sac just 20 minutes south of downtown Nashville. Pamper yourself with homemade breakfasts, a lovely view, and whirlpool tub in the en suite bathroom. You won't want to leave your room! Sleep in and enjoy a homemade scone, cinnamon roll, or pastry on the deck. Make yourself a cuppa tea or coffee and soak in the view that feels like a luxurious treehouse. Or hit the hotspots early and retire to a soothing whirlpool bath.

The space
Large bedroom features a queen size bed, usb ports on both nightstands, an armoire with hangers for clothes, dresser, attached en suite bath with whirlpool tub, sepatrate shower, full length mirror, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There parking for one car. Close the blinds, watch your favorite streaming service on the smart TV. A microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker are in the room. Limited complimentary coffee (K-cups) and water are provided.

Guest access
Relax on the treehouse-like deck. It is open to use for breakfast or evening relaxing by the firepit. The dining room is at the bottom of the stairs and open for breakfast if you don't want to take the food to the table in your room or deck. There is a washer and dryer available with advance notice.

We work from our home so we are here to assist you 24/7. Text us if you need anything!

Other things to note
You will have a code to the front door to come and go as you like. Your room is at the top of the stairs, first door on the left. The amount of interaction with us is up to you. Once in your room, it is completely private. Breakfast will be placed on the dining room table for you to retrieve at your convenience each morning. Just let us know what time works for you. Eat there or take it to the table in your room or the deck.

Neighborhood highlights

We are ideally located in south Nashville, just a few streets over from Lennox Village and Brentwood, and a 10 minute drive from historic Nolensville. There are coffeeshops five minutes away, and great little local spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner within a 10 minute drive. Our house is in a small, quiet neighborhood that is edged by Mill Creek Greenway. The trail is perfect for a walk, hike, or bike ride.
