The outdoor patio area features dining tables for up to 12 guests. We also have 4 twin rollaway sleepers, providing additional sleeping options for larger groups (12 guests).

STRICTLY, NO PETS ALLOWED: We will charge a $400.00 pet fee to guests who bring pets without permission. Our cleaner is extremely allergic to animal fur, so we request that this is strictly followed. This fee will be for a necessary deep cleaning due to our team member's allergies.
STRICTLY, NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE: Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Thursday morning or on Friday.
