Enjoy full access to all areas of the property during your stay, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for private use.
Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles, plus additional street parking nearby.
Keyless entry via smart lock = you’ll receive a unique access code for smooth and easy check-in.
Other Things to Note
A refundable security deposit is required for most bookings, typically ranging from $500–$1,000.
This acts as a standard holding fee, much like a hotel deposit, and helps us maintain the quality of our home for future guests.
The deposit is not an extra charge and will be automatically refunded after your stay, pending inspection.

Know Before You Go
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following important details before your stay:
Occupancy & Guest Policy
→ A strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests applies (including all visitors), in accordance with local ordinances and Airbnb’s party ban.
→ Please notify us in advance if you plan to have any guests visit. All visitors must depart by midnight to avoid additional fees.
→ Unapproved gatherings or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Pool & Hot Tub Heating
→ The hot tub typically heats within 4–6 hours, depending on outside temperatures.
→ Pool heating may also take 4–6 hours for moderate warmth or up to 24 hours to fully heat.
Pool Heating Fees
→ $125/day when overnight lows are above 60°F
→ $150/day when overnight lows are between 50°F–60°F
Please note: Pool features (jets, slide, heater) and the hot tub must be activated remotely by our team. Just send us a message when you're ready to enjoy them!
Property Maintenance & Cleaning
→ Pool cleaning is usually scheduled for Wednesdays or Thursdays, but may shift depending on weather.
→ An automated pool vacuum runs daily between 8 AM – 12 PM.
→ Yard maintenance occurs weekly and may take place during your stay.
Other House Rules
→ No smoking indoors
→ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (Outdoor spaces may be used quietly until 11 PM)
→ Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If approved, it cannot extend past 12 PM.
→ Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fee.
Grill Use
→ The BBQ grill is available for an additional fee.
→ Guests are expected to clean the grill after use; our team will handle deep cleaning.
→ A propane tank is provided. If it runs low, it can be exchanged at a nearby store.

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the property includes:

→ Backyard camera facing the pool area
→ Minut noise monitoring device (no audio recording) to detect excessive noise
