Our garden is private, but there is a small lawn to the right of Wild Pinebeck with a picnic bench and chiminea for you. You can keep your bikes safe in our stable or charge your car with our EV charger. We also have a mini rewilding project with fields, woods and an orchard that you'll look out over, and that you're welcome to explore.
Other things to note
We are a few minutes from a main road, a beautiful pub, 45 min from Bristol and 15 min from Bristol airport, yet you will feel miles away - only the sounds of the stream & bird song; clear skies with stars overhead!
We are not on a road. Access is along a bridlepath so please drive with care, especially as people will be walking, horse riding or biking along it. If you prefer to park at The Swan pub, which is 5 minutes walk away we can pick you and your luggage up (fee applies, £5 per day or free if you have a drink or eat there; please arrange with us in advance or let us know you might do this so we can be ready to collect you).
Tea, herbal tea, ground coffee, sugar, honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and milk available, as well as homemade jam and butter. Please let us know if you need dairy-free milk/butter.
We have slippers and head torches available to borrow.
Please note, if you're here for more than 3 days, we'll need to share the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Neighborhood highlights
Wild Pinebeck is in the heart of the Mendips surrounded by woodland. A bridlepath and a stream runs through the middle of our property. Your window overlooks our meadow and two mini woods, which we are managing purely to benefit wildlife. You might see buzzards, woodpeckers, deer and slow worms!
It's a short walk to Black Down, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the highest peak in the Mendips. You may see wild highland cattle and Exmoor ponies. Nearby is Dolebury Warren, an Iron Age hill fort. There are many wonderful walks; there are also dedicated mountain bike trails and a nearby riding stables.
Feel free to bring your mountain bike - we have an outdoor hose and a stable where we can securely lock bikes.
And it's only a five minute walk to our local pub, The Swan, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
