If you book The White House on Warren, you have full and private access to the entire home including 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, front and side porches, and 1/3 acre yard with propane fire pit, & Adirondack chairs.
Please note that The White House on Warren was built circa ~1850’s so it is a historic home with unique characteristics including 2 staircases. Note that the back staircase off the dining room has very narrow steps. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor yet there is a queen sofa sleeper in Living Room #2 for those who might struggle with steps.

Do you have a 1st Floor Bedroom?
Unfortunately, we don't have a 1st Floor BR, but we have a highly rated queen sofa sleeper in the 1st Floor Living Room #2 (see photos) near the accessible 1/2 bath. Note: There is also a full bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.
Can we book The WHOW for a special event, bridal shower, tea party, etc.?
Absolutely! Please reach out ahead of time to ask questions, book through Airbnb, and note that reservations will be based upon availability. Please note that we need to adhere to the same check in (3 PM)/check out (11 AM) times to accommodate other guests so please keep that in mind when booking.
Can we bring our pet(s)?
YES! Starting in January 2026, The White House on Warren can now accommodate pets. Please note that guests must include this information in their reservation, pay a minimal pet free, and fully clean up after their pets (inside AND outside).

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are observed, the property owner will follow through with reporting to Airbnb and following policy for remediation.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★

★ RESPECT QUIET HOURS & OUR NEIGHBORS★
Quiet hours for the property are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down especially over this time and be respectful of our wonderful neighbors! We want to create an atmosphere where you can relax and unwind while also respecting our neighbors. No loud partying, loud music, or other disruptive behavior is permissible. We are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and ensuring that we are a blessing not a burden to our neighbors and community. Anyone who violates this expectation will be subject to removal from the property. Thank you for your understanding and respect!

We reserve the right to have an exterior security camera recording the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

*We will pick up trash on Sunday or Monday nights so you don't have to worry about it at all!
*If/when it snows, we'll reach out to ask if you'd like us to shovel. We often just do it right away yet some guests message us to say that they'd like to shovel so just know that we'll reach out if/when it snows.
