LOCATION: We are 1 mile from Snow Summit and the Alpine Zoo. The Village and Lake are less than a 5-minute drive away.
Please note the downstairs bathroom features a charming vintage clawfoot tub (no stand-up shower), while the upstairs bathroom includes a full shower.

𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬 - We feel that our dogs are a part of our family and therefore do not charge an additional pet fee. Please be considerate and up front if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our cabin. We have nice furnishings and would like to continue providing this level of accommodations for our families and pets alike. We appreciate all of our responsible pet owners. Rest assured, although we are pet friendly, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness is our priority.

Room for a max of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking.
Snow removal for driveway + path to front door arranged for guests during Winter when snow exceeds 4 inches. Snow shovel available. Please note pathways can be icy, use caution.
Other things to note
Snow chains are required in the Winter.
On occasion during extreme weather Big Bear can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore as quickly as possible.
This is the mountains, there is always the possibility of encountering wildlife or insects. Use precautions.
WINTER TRAVEL: Big Bear requires snow chains during storms. Our driveway is professionally plowed for snow over 4", but please use caution on icy paths.
YOUR PRIVACY: We have one exterior camera at the front door for your safety.
PETS & WILDLIFE: We love dogs! Please keep them leashed outside. As this is a mountain community, you may see local wildlife—please do not leave food outside.
CHECK-IN: A signed rental agreement and ID are required by the city. We sanitize the home and hot tub thoroughly between every guest to ensure a 5-star experience!
