Neighborhood highlights

This quintessenctial Cape cottage is tucked on a private way but is in a very desirable, quiet, and convenient location. The Lemon Drop is set back from the Swan Pond River. We have made the outdoor living area as comfortable as the inside. A very tranquil, serene, and private setting with abundant wildlife and song birds. Swan Pond River is visible from almost every area on this property. Please enjoy it with care and respect. Enjoy the pretty view from the deck, and we ask that you don't walk in the protected marsh and wetland areas in front of the deck.
Kindly be respectful of our friendly full-time neighbors on the street.
Dennis is one of Cape's few bi-coastal towns where guests can enjoy the tranquil bayside beaches on the north side or the explore the Nantucket sound beaches on the south side. Please note that the ocean has seaweed, and it may also have sea creatures such as fish, crabs, jellyfish, horseshoe crabs, seals, seagulls, albatross and sharks. The owner has no control over storms that may bring seaweed to the beach, or if you get nipped by a crab, cut your foot on seashells or get bitten by a shark or seal Please do your due diligence and note weather conditions by downloading a weather and tide app to your phone. You can also track shark activity using the Sharktivity app.
