It is equipped to be lived in full-time and is owner occupied and maintained as a primary residence for a portion of the year.

The space
This top-floor unit lives like a two story, single-family home. The sun soaked living space consists of 18' ceiling surrounded by windows inviting an abundance of natural light and views of the Chicago skyline.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms.

The primary bedroom can be configured as a King or two Twin XL beds and has an en suite bath.

The second bedroom is a Queen and also has an en suite bath.

There are two living rooms with ample space for spending time with family and friends. While open to the rest of the living room below, the loft on the second level can be used as a 3rd bedroom and also has a 3rd full bath. If the space is used as a bedroom, there is a queen sized sofa bed and also a separate couch that can be used for sleeping if needed.

There are 3 private outdoor areas, including a 400 sq ft rooftop deck with unobstructed 360 degree views of the city.

Each bedroom has a workspace and can be used as an office for those working from home during the day. Wide screen monitors are available upon request.
