The hosts are great—very responsive and accommodating. It’s a lovely space, with a fully functioning kitchen and very walkable to a close cta stop that’s a quick 30 minutes downtown. Area around the place is lower income, so if you’re not used to being in a city, you maybe feel less comfortable. Would recommend if you’re comfortable with urban environments though!

We enjoyed our stayed. The place was very clean and comfortable. Mark was great at communicating and accommodating. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time during our extended stay at Adela's apartment. The space was bright and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom. We were able to cook, work, and relax comfortably throughout our time there. Adela was always quick to respond to our messages and went above and beyond to resolve any issues that came up. The apartment is conveniently located, just four blocks from the bus stop for line 92, which takes you downtown, and there’s another bus stop right in front for north or south travel. We were also just a short walk from a supermarket and pharmacy, and around 15 min by bus from Andersonville, which has great restaurants, local-owned stores and fun gifts! The neighborhood felt very safe; we often walked around as late as 9 P.M. and never encountered any problems. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Chip and Lito's place is a dream! Spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient to restaurants, the "L", and the beach. Apartment is very well appointed, yet not cluttered. The shower is awesome! It was very nice to have a full kitchen, with coffee makers and dishwasher. I definitely plan to stay here the next time I visit Chicago!

The location was a five minute walk to the beautiful Loyola Park along Lakr Michigan. Lots of walkable stores and restaurants. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Beautiful place. Well appointed and clean. The beds were a little to firm for me, but they had soft sheets. Great location for the national park and state park. We would stay again if we are in the area!

I had an amazing stay. This place is cute and cozy. Exceeded my expectations. The inside is newly renovated and modern. Very, very clean. Nice little balcony and table if you want to eat outside. Neighborhood is calm, quiet, and I felt safe taking walks around Roscoe Village. Accurate description, great communication before, during, and after my stay. Detailed information in the email and guest guide were helpful. I got to meet Daran and his dog. Both were very friendly. A++ I Highly recommend!!! If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely stay again.

Great location right next to the train station and walking distance to lakeside. Well stocked apartment, king beds were very comfortable. Host was quick in addressing an issue with AC unit. Very nice stay in a good location in downtown Chicago, we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the place!

I stayed at John’s Airbnb during my trip to Chicago, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot—especially being right in the heart of Chinatown. The place was spotless, super cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell John takes pride in keeping it clean and well-stocked, which I really appreciated. What made it even better was the location. Chinatown in Chicago is such a vibe—full of culture, energy, and some of the best (and most affordable) eats in the city. If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love exploring all the spots nearby. One place I highly recommend is Hing Kee. Their hand-pulled noodles and dumplings are on point—fresh, flavorful, and easy on the wallet. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and authentic Chicago experience, especially in Chinatown, John’s place is the move. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs. At least 3 a year, most of them in Lakeview. This was the best one! I’m originally from Lakeview and have been disappointed how commercialized and impersonal Airbnb has become. This was the opposite of that. It was so homey, I felt like I’d lived there my whole life. Would definitely stay again.

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

Place was great. Clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay. Location was further than we thought from our places we planned to visit. They were cutting down and grinding a tree first thing Saturday morning. Convenient cafe right around corner had good breakfast food and coffee. Ubers were fast getting us and to where we needed to go. Parked car and left all weekend. Neighborhood was a little rough with homeless and panhandlers but they left us alone. Great walks to Soldier field and Northern Island. Alex provided all the amenities you need plus some Heinkens to cool us down. We had no issues so we did not need to contact Alex at all but yoyu got to remember the location is on 17 Place not Street so we almost walked into the wrong house and when the dog started barking at us we knew something was up. LOL!!!

Really liked it, nice location, plenty of room, comfortable, good kitchen. Getting around using buses and the subway was also very easy.

I would highly recommend Michelle's listing! The listing is spacious and perfect for a couple or small family (we had our <1 year old). Michelle is communicative, all the instructions are clear, and the location is convenient.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

Our stay here worked out perfectly. The host was nice, and the location was centrally located to great shopping and restaurants. Very private and safe. The view at night was beautiful.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Space was clean and in a charming, walkable city. The view in the living room was beautiful. The neighbors were quiet. The coffee in the condo and in the lounge was surprisingly delightful. Our group of friends had a great time, and this would be a perfect place for a family.
